Use your BBB Business Portal to make updates and enhancements to your BBB Business Profile. This one-stop-shop is your exclusive portal for all things related to your BBB Accreditation. Check your inquiry statistics, read and respond to your customer reviews, view your BBB activity report, update your company’s address, pay your invoice, download the BBB Seal for your website and printed materials/Facebook page, stay up-to-date on the latest advertising opportunities, and more.
To access your BBB Business Portal, please follow the instructions below:
- Go to www.bbb.org/washington-dc-eastern-pa/login
- Enter the email address that is associated with your account.
- For first time users of the BBB Business Portal, please click "Create My BBB Login Account" and you will be prompted to create a password with the email address on file.
- If you do not know your password, click the red tab that says "Forgot your BBB Password? Click here." and a password reset link will be emailed to you.
- Once logged in, on the left you will see options to download the Accredited Business Seal for your website (Accredited Business Seal - Online Code) and for your printed materials/Facebook page (Accredited Business Logos - For Print). You can also utilize the Customer Review Toolkit, add images/videos to your Business Profile, and more.
