We will be closing down the BBB Member Online Business Community Forum on November 1, 2023.

We launched the forum with the goal of providing a space for our members to connect with each other, share ideas, and learn from each other. Unfortunately, the forum did not take off as we had hoped. As a result, we have decided to close the forum and focus our resources on other ways to support our members.

Is the community free to join?
Yes, as a BBB member, you get free access to the community.

Who else is in the community?
Other BBB business owners who are located in Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island & Vermont.

Is there any commitment or expectation for how much or how little we participate or contribute?

Not at all. The community is for you, so you can participate as much or as little as you’d like. Though, we’ve found that once members start connecting with each other, they tend to become pretty active in the community.

Will I have to worry about being spammed or solicited within the community?

Nope! It’s a private community, and we have a clear code of conduct that we outline in our Community Guidelines. Spam and solicitations are not tolerated.

What’s the biggest benefit of joining the community?

We’d say it’s the connections. Something powerful happens when business owners come together to share triumphs and challenges, discuss best practices, and cheer each other on. These connections tend to lead to more customers, increased revenue, and elevated efficiency for your business.

If you used a different email address for the BBB Member Accredited Business Community than the one we have on file for you at BBB, then that’s why. We suggest updating the email address in your profile in the BBB Member Accredited Business Community to match the email address you have on file in your BBB Member Account.

Is joining and being part of the new BBB Member Accredited Business Community going to turn into yet another thing on my endless to-do list? I’m already stretched thin!
