I hired this company for pool weatherization last season and the work they did broke my pool..they didn't correctly close the pool and forgot to blow one of the 2 lines which ended up with a broken pipe, leaking all the water out of the pool, caving in the sides, ripping the liner, and breaking the side tops. I have had to call several times since with no resolution. the lady that answers the phone is rude, argumentative, and could careless. I came home Sunday and whomever had been over to look at the pool leaving the water running and it had been draining into the road for 2 days, as to I was out of town and no one called me to lmk anyone had came over and the company didnt send anyone back out to cut it off..when I asked her about it she said it was left on a slow run but didn't think to have anyone call and tell me..they have completely ruined my brand new pool . it was installed July 2022. bc of their incompetence my pool has been left broken, uncovered, no chemicals have been replaced, the side pieces are broken, and my water bill by be over 1000$ due to having to replaceable the water in the pool and then leaving it on while it leaked out with no one coming back to check on it while I was out of town..I've called several times and this woman is rude and unhelpful leaving my pool broken due to this company not doing correct closure for winter...
