Worst ever! Don’t believe anything they say! ATC are terrible. The want money first, don’t pay them.these people will not do anything they promise.

ATC strives to make all of our customers happy. Unfortunately, some cases do arise that are out of our control. The deposit mentioned was to cover materials ordered for the contracted project. This money goes directly to the manufacturer to cover some of the materials as they are custom ordered for the particular project. This is stated in the contract. The materials were placed on order and received here at ATC. The homeowner was not aware that his existing structure was installed incorrectly inside of a sewer easement. The city office has denied the building permit as the structure would be inside the easement. ATC has been working with the homeowner, as well as the codes office to find a remedy to the problem. ATC would absolutely complete the contracted project already as promised, as we have all the material in storage at our facility, however the codes department is not allowing it, as the homeowner is aware. 

I contracted ATC to build a new deck and screen room. It took longer than expected, as with most things these days. I am certainly happy that I waited as we LOVE our new out door area. The actual install was done in a few days after they got the material in. Everyone was great to work with!

Pretty shady company for repairs. The communication is horrible. I asked for a quote and they just sent out a guy and started fixing my roof. The tech never answered his phone, the office worker couldn’t get ahold of him. He just fixed it without even asking. They didn’t tell me when they were done and just sent an invoice. The tech left nails and plastic in my yard and the shingles weren’t even installed straight. I’ve never been charged so much for such shoddy work in my live. Could not recommend them less.

On May 8th we were contacted by the homeowner. The homeowner stated he needed his chimney flashed and that he also had rotten wood around the chimney. The homeowner was informed on initial call that we would not send an estimator to look at it because since there is rotten wood there is no way to estimate it until it is taken apart. The homeowner agreed and also texted photos because we advised him we needed shingle color so the foreman would have what he needed to come out and fix it when he came initially. We were able to get someone out the very next day. The homeowner was advised the worker was on his way to make repairs in the morning of May 9th. In the afternoon he was advised the foreman had been back and forth to job site and had replaced a lot of rotten wood. The chimney was flashed, ice and water installed and all of the rotten replaced by May 10th. The homeowner was happy and had no complaints regarding the shingles mentioned in the complaint until the afternoon on May 12th an hour or so after he received the invoice. He stated the invoice was a bit rich considering the shingles were not straight on the edge near the chimney, I replied that I can send someone to take care of it, he replied 2 days later that he did it himself on Friday. As far as the nails and the plastic being in the yard, this complaint on the BBB is the first we have heard of them. I told him I would have the owner reach out to him. The owner did reach out to him personally was not able to reach him. As we had told him before the project started it was going to be labor / materials. The actual price he was quoted was very fair for 2 days of work and materials, any company in the area would be right around that same cost. We strive to be fair and upfront with all of our customers however it is near impossible to quote a repair with rotten wood up front, it would be a lose-lose situation. We wish that the homeowner would have communicated more regarding his complaints with us as a company as we were open to speaking and helping resolve the matter. As of this point we still have not received ANY payment for the work preformed. 

I had several companies out to my home to give me an estimate on a new sunroom. The estimator was very friendly and didn't put pressure on us. We also visited their showroom which was fantastic!!! My wife felt much more comfortable after she saw the actual room in person. The materials did take a while to come in, but I guess that's to be expected these days. The crew had our room up in 2 days!!!! They did great work. We are so happy to have our room. It is our new favorite room in the house. Our overall experience with ATC was great. Our neighbor loved it so much that they are now waiting on their own sunroom.
