This company took over my mortgage from another company in 2021-2022 and in recent months I have submitted late payments and was advised by ******* *** a rep for the company that as long as my payment is in prior to the month ending there are no late payments reported to the credit bureau. After several very rude calls from the representatives regarding late payments, I now send them overnight from the post office for additional fees to avoid a bad report to my credit. I was advised by **** in the payment department on 01/05/2023 that all payments are sent to a PO box that is checked every night and that a received payment should be applied no less than 48hrs. There have been several payments to my belief intentionally held by representatives or that time frame to ensure that a negative remark can be left on my credit report. I believe this to be so giving the previous conversations about me sending in my payments late but this mortgage company is unable to impose a late due to previous agreements so the only punishment is to report a late payment which has been discussed and even used as a threat for late payment. Please review if I'm wrong then I will apologize but I am almost certain things are being done intentionally.
