Ordered 06 Lincoln climate control on 8/29/2023, order #27204. Company attempted contacting me requiring VIN. I missed them but we did connect on 9/8/2023 and the VIN was emailed to them. Since then I have received no communication from them. I have called, left voicemail, emailed, left messages in website, all many times. Absolutely no contact from them. Have requested cancellation and refund via same medias daily and still no response. Wish I had sought reviews before making purchase.

I sent an ECU to get it fixed (order *****) after one month they sent it back with the same issues. I returned it with all the information requested by them and haven’t heard from them again (almost 3 months). I already called them over 100 times and no one answers the phone, left several voicemails that were ignored and several emails with no response. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.Automotive Scientific, Inc. Response

I purchased a refurbished climate control from this company with a 5 year warranty. The unit began failing one month after purchase and was returned for repair 1 month ago. To-date the unit has not been returned repaired or reimbursed. Additionally, although they have a phone number but no one answers the phone. You can leave message on the website but it is not returned. I would strongly not recommend d this company. The service is terrible. I spent $250 for this part that I can only assume has been now absconded for redistribution. I can't even find out what the situation is. I am only thankful that I have obtained another part for another company.Automotive Scientific, Inc. Response
