Ontario Government Request for Consumer Feedback

The Ontario Government has released its Phase One Report regarding the Travel Industry Act Review. The Report contains a summary of all the feedback received from stakeholders to date and information about upcoming public sessions for consumers.

As Phase Two of the Travel Industry Act Review begins, Government Public Consultation Sessions are being held to promote further discussion. The sessions are open to everyone, but consumer feedback is of utmost importance to the Ontario Government at this time.

Consumers are encouraged to attend a “Consumer Only” session to share their opinions about the Travel Industry Act.
