My late husband passed away on May 16, 2021. He has an account with Coinsquare and I have been trying to get them to transfer the funds from his account to mine. I have supplied them with the Will, both Death certificate from the funeral home as well as the Proof of Death Certificate from the Province of Ontario. I supplied them with the same documents I sent ****** and ********, they both transferred to my account with them in a matter of days. I have been trying since August to get Coinsquare to transfer the monies to my account with them. They now state that they need more documents. These two items.... 1. Death Certificate from the Province. 2. Certificate of Appointment of the Estate. I told them that the one I sent from the Government is the one they need and that the estate had no probate so Certificate of Appointment of the Estate is not needed. I am the sole beneficiary and executor for my late husband's estate. I have been exchanging emails from them but since Jan 20th when "David" emailed me saying he was going to transfer the file to a Manager, I have heard nothing. I sent them 3 more emails and still no response. I am at my wits end. I looked up reviews about Coinsquare and 95% were negative. They are such a bad company to deal with. Can you help me please.
