We had a red squirrel living in our walls since April 2021, and I tried contacting so many companies to help us get rid of it, but they all came up with every excuse in the book as to why they couldn't get out to our area, so after a very frustrating summer, I finally found and contacted ICE who emailed me right back, (within a day), to say they'd be very happy to help me out, and a great technician named Andrew came out and was so friendly and polite. He did a very thorough inspection of our home, filling in all squirrel entry holes he could find except one over which he put a one way cage so the squirrel could leave but not get back in. I was charged a very minimal payment of $125, which I was very happy to pay for getting rid of that noisy squirrel, and then I was given the option of buying a 3 year warranty to cover any and all future calls I might make to them to ask for advice or to have them come back again if I had any other pest issues in my home, and I bought the warranty, as I thought it was very worth the money, and the original $125 was taken off of the total. Kendra and Bailey are the office employees with ICE who called me back in 2 weeks to see how things were going, and I told them I thought I might have still heard the squirrel, so in just a few days, another tech, Nathan, and his helper, came right out and did another very thorough inspection, which was covered under the warranty, and they filled in another 2 possible holes, and even went up into the attic to check for signs of squirrels/mice. They were both fantastic and friendly, and since then I haven't heard any more noises and I couldn't be happier with the service, friendliness, and professionalism of each of these employees from ICE Pest Control.....they are all totally AWESOME,*****************************************************
