            I booked a moving date for June 30, 2021 to move from 1BR to a 1BR 3 blocks from each other. I was told at that time I was booked. I called June 29 to confirm and was told I didn't have a booking because I hadn't confirmed by email. I was never told an email was necessary. I was given another date for July 2, called my existing landlord, and made arrangements. Within 45 min., I received an email from Consolidated saying they couldn't honour that booking as well and to get another mover.I was able to book someone for July 4, but had to pay $350 to cover old apt (for which I was reimbursed )Consolidated stated in writing that they would reimburse hourly rate between 2 companies. There was a difference in man power (2 instead of 3) travel time (1.5 hours instead of 20 min) and an overall difference in the final cost. After much discussion, I have still not been reimbursed. (because of a **** posting I made stating the truth of my predicament. They also published my old and new address.
