Great customer service! Gave me the option to return it for a full refund or to keep it PLUS get a gift certificate (no expiration) for the total amount I paid! Adjustable bracelets fit my small wrists perfect. Love the firefly glass glow.NOGU Response

***** ** ********.Ordered products on Monday of this week and they produce a tracking number by the next day in the early after noon.They then waited 2 more business days to finally give it to the **** and it will now not arrive in time by Christmas even though I am in the same state as them.***** **** ******NOGU Response

Hello, I see that your package was delivered before Christmas on December 23. December 18 was after our Christmas order by cut off date so I can see why you may have been worried, but in this case, the order arrived very quickly as we shipped it immediately and did indeed arrive before Christmas. Your order was placed on December 18 at 8:00pm and shipped out from our warehouse the next day, and delivered on December 23. We are located in Toronto, Canada. When we ship packages to the USA, the packages have to be brought from Toronto to **** in New York, they do not originate in New York. We are sorry to see you were so concerned in this case and submitted this review in advance of the package arriving before Christmas but we are of course glad to see that it worked out and you received your package so quickly.Review from Celeste L

Bought the wrong bracelet by accident. Emailed to cancel my order within an hour of placing it. According to the website, if done quickly, they will cancel your order for you. All they've done is tell me when it comes I can return it! Got an email saying it was already processed. Well, I canceled within the hour so not sure how it's "already processed"! Customer service horrible, keep asking me for screenshots of my canceling (I've sent twice now). Disputing this with my credit card. So dumb because I wanted to cancel the order in order to be able to order the correct bracelet. I won't go near this company with a ten foot pole ever again!NOGU Response

I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment! Looking at your order, it was placed at 10:05pm at night when our customer support team is off duty and shipped the following morning at 8:45am. As a result, there was not enough time between your order being placed and it being shipped out to cancel it. Unfortunately, depending on how quickly the order is processed, packed and shipped, it may not be possible for the order to be cancelled prior to shipping. Typically customers are pleased with orders being shipped out so quickly but in your case I can see why you wouldn't appreciate the immediate turnaround - but please keep in mind that what we did was ship what was ordered immediately, and there was certainly no ill-will intended with that! However, we offer completely free pre paid return labels so the return process is very simple, and would cost you nothing at all, so I am sorry to hear that you're still planning to dispute the payment with your credit card rather than take us up on our offer of a free pre paid return to refund the item you ordered and received. This is of course up to you but we would sincerely appreciate it if you'd be willing to use our pre paid return label to return our item to us in order to receive your refund rather than unnecessarily open a dispute with your credit card company on an order you intentionally placed and then received.Review from Jon H

Awful customer service, refuses to accept a return for a gift that I do not wish to receive from a sender. I did not want a refund or a credit just to return the product and they can do what they want with the original purchaser. Had invoice number AND EMAIL for that person. Blatantly refused to take their unopened product BACK. Why refuse a product if they stand by it.NOGU Response

Hello, we're very sorry to hear about your disappointment! We offer free returns with pre paid return shipping labels and a lifetime warranty against damage or defect on our products, so we absolutely do stand behind them. In the case of someone who was not the customer who placed the initial order requesting a return, it is a bit more complicated - we do ask that the original purchaser initiate the return with us in the event one is required, but we also recognize sometimes that in some circumstances that might be inconvenient. We are always willing to look at every situation on a case by case basis to look for a mutually agreeable solution to any problem. In the case of the package you received and the return you requested for them, I do see that the support team went ahead and processed the return authorization and pre paid return shipping label with **** on the 13th of December, the same day you submitted your review and a few days before we were notified of it. I've been purchasing from Nogu for around 5 years, and have been a member of the Bracelet Of The Month Club since it started as well. This company has high quality jewelry and I have never once been disappointed. I get so many compliments, and people think I'm spending crazy amounts of money when they are beyond affordable. They even offered to replace a bracelet that my mother accidentally broke, but since it was a limited time purchase, that exact bracelet was no longer available so I chose not to replace it, but their customer service is top notch. I can't say enough great things, and will continue to be a customer as long as possible.Review from Sarah H

Ive been purchasing from nogu for a few years now and have always been happy. Their jewelry is always beautiful and they back their warranty. However, if they say you'll get a free gift for Spending a certain amount, even if you see it in your cart, you may not get it. The free "gift" was in my cart at check out and in my confirmation email. When I mentioned it to customer service I was told I didn't spend enough. When I said I'd be cancelling my subscription they didn't seem to really care.NOGU Response

I'm very sorry to hear about the disappointing experience with the free gift missing from your order! Since learning about this through the BBB review, the support team has sent out the missing item and it was marked delivered, so I do hope you're pleased with it now that it has arrived. In the case of your order and the $100 free gift threshold, the order total was under $100 after the discount code was applied, but as it showed you the free gift included throughout the checkout process and in your order confirmation, the gift should have been included. I received my merchandise however the free UV light didn’t work and I contacted them immediately. They asked me for a video which I sent twice ( they couldn’t open ) they also sent me a link to video telling me how to use light * **** * *** * ***** *** ****** **** ** ** **** Horrible Customer Service with the free item I can only imagine how bad it will be if something wrong with the glass . Sent me a replacement after u purchased 7 of the same from ****** for under $ 7 dollars . My total order was over $200 Just sayingNOGU Response

I'd like to assure you that there's nothing to worry about when it comes to warranty coverage of any purchased item from our website, particularly our jewelry. It is all backed by a lifetime warranty against damage, so if anything goes wrong with a piece of jewelry purchased from our site down the road, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team for a replacement. I'd also like to note that the glow in the dark jewelry that the UV keychain lights we include are not at all necessary to charge the jewelry, as any light - sunlight, lamps, et cetera - will charge them. The UV keychain light we include is a fun addition but not at all necessary to the enjoyment of the jewelry!Review from Mary E

Amazing company! Jewelry is beautiful. Life time warranty on all items with easy replacements if ever needed. Clasp broke on one of my necklaces and i sent a pic and they sent me a new one no questions asked. Great customer service with quick responses.
