This company has extremely poor customer relations. *************************************************************** ***********************. They owe me money and there is no way I can force them to repay me. **************

In November of 2020, I informed Beanfield that I was moving in two months and asked what steps I needed to follow to close my account. I followed those steps, to the letter, but in January I noted they had deducted the monthly fee. A call to Customer Service assured me I would be reimbursed. Next month, same thing. In the end, I had to have my bank refuse payment to them but by now they owed me almost $200. I jumped through hoops for them, sending them a Void cheque and then they changed their mind and said it would have to be an e-transfer, but whoops - turns out they couldn't do that either. Phone calls and emails have accomplished nothing. Six months have elapsed. Now they don't even respond so they clearly do not intend to reimburse me. Deplorable customer service.
