Just got my second ordered delivered from New Avenue Boutique and they never fail to impress with both quality and experience.
I just completed a reno and with many of my suppliers and trades experiencing major delays New Avenue made the process seamless.
From the great store experience with design and selection to the friendly delivery team that provided White glove service i can not say enough.

Ordered a custom table December 28th 2021 with a delivery of 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks contacted Natalie who stated table was in stain shop and should receive this week and will contact. Week rolls by no call so I called and left messages which were not returned. Physically pass by store on weekend and told that table is scheduled for staining on Monday and will receive call by Natalie on Monday. Natalie called to inform us that she will contact me by Friday. I called Thursday morning whereby Natalie stated she would call with confirmation later that day, no call received. I then called **** at 4:30 and informed them I did not receive table as of March 24th whereby they refunded my deposit. I called Natalie and informed her that we had spoken to **** and cancelled the table. Recieved a call from Jacob the company which applies the stain. He apologized for the delay. Let Jacob know that the delay was secondary to the lack of reply, false dates and demeanor of Natalie. BTW Natalie left a message offering free $50 delivery and 10% off future sales. We regret the hassle this purchase became and will never deal with New Avenue Boutique Ltd. again.
