              I would like to share my experience with Samsung Canada. I bought a fridage from retail store in July with extended warranty. The firdage has issues from day one. Samsung diceded to recall the fridage and refund for the unit only. They don't cover the extended warranty. The retail store won't refund the extended warranty since they don't have the unit back. Samsung expect the retail store to refund me without having the unit. Now I have lost $250. I won't recommend Samsung ** ******

              Beautiful Over the Range microwave. Cooktop light quit. I changed the bulb to no avail. 12 month warranty for a purchase like that is not acceptable. Most likely culprit is a faulty circuit board, which I'm willing to bet will cost over $100 in parts alone, I'd be happy to change it myself. I've had multiple problems with multiple Samsung products, and like many others here have received zero customer service. If you do buy, fork out the extra for the extended warranty, you'll need it. *** ******** ******* **** ***** ****** *** ****** **** **** ***

              Samsung needs to get their priorities straight. Instead of doing rigorous tests on the latest Zflip and Zfold phones, they rush the process and release the phones knowing full well they are full of defects, and instead of pulling the phones and letting customers choose to get a new phone, They say it's not their problem, refuse to help in any way, shape or form. I'm stuck with a piece of **** phone that won't open all the way anymore *** *** ** ****** * ******* **** ****** *** *** ****** my bills total $750 a month, I can't afford to keep spending $400 to have a new phone sent to me to replace this one and I sure as heck don't have $700 lying around to pay off the rest of this phone either. * ***** *** ** ***** **** ** ******* ******* ** ** *** ***** * *** ***** ** ******* *** ***** ****** ********* **** *** * ***** *** **** ***** ** **** Samsung Zflip for 11 months and it's already not working anymore. Way to go Samsung.               Bought s23 ultra 6 months ago. In december screen started freezing and complained to Samsung. I was told to go to ****** ****** and get it fixed. I went there and they tried to fix it. First time didnt work, second time they changed logic board. For a month it worked fine and now suddenly it started doing the same problem again along with random restarting. Contacted Samsung again and they told me to go again to ****** ******. They couldnt find the issue and said its good even though i showed them the screenshot of error. **** ** ******* ****** ***** *** *** ** ********** ***** **** ****** I just hope they replace my device otherwise loose their customer *** ****** *********

              ***** ******* * TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE We recently searched for an over the range low profile microwave oven & found a couple options at one retailer. We chose the Samsung as it was less expensive and slightly more powerful. We reviewed the specs and saw it required 30" to install which was the same space we have had our previous 3 microwaves so we purchased the unit. After installing the unit for back venting, which was also identical to our previous units, we were surprised to see the door would only open 1/3 of the way. Apparently you need 32 inches of full functional space. Didn't see that anywhere. I reviewed all documents again, Samsung's site etc & no where did it indicate I needed more than the 30" for this unit. I contacted the retailer. No help. Final sale. Their answer - call Samsung. OK - Samsung, please help - Dear Mr. Cust Serv on the phone, please understand I would not have purchased this unit had Samsung stated anywhere the true specs needed for this unit to function. Because of your omission, I am looking for your support. to work with the retailer for the return. ***** ******** * **** *** **** **** *** ****** ***** Then from a supportive sounding Elisa V at the Exec Cust Serv team- "Go back to the place of purchase", NEXT, the CEO link & Phillipe adds ** **** ***** ******** please review the installation instructions, done before, nothing there on more than 30" then "hopefully such spec related issues will be addressed in the future production" but no help to me who didn't have access to this potential new doc and finally, "had you purchased it from our website we would have accommodated your request". ************** They admit the omission in their doc, would have refunded the $ IF purchased direct but as I went through a retailer who buys from Samsung then sells to customers, we, Samsung won't help you. Apparently the $ from this sale is more important than customer service, ******* ******* * *********** **** ****** So sad BUT NEVER AGAIN

              Bought a Samsung fridge with a missing compartment. ******** ******* ** **** ***** **** customer service. No resolution. Was told I would have to purchase it. Never buying another Samsung product.
