Horrible experience with Dream Party Decor and its owner, Raj. Agreed to do decor for a wedding and related events but, when the pandemic hit, everything was postponed and completely beyond my control. We initially agreed to postpone the events. When the pandemic continued long-term, I asked for a refund and he had AGREED. When I messaged him to arrange repayment, it all went downhill. He refused to provide any funds stating that a large sum was due for all the time spent "meeting". This was incomprehensible as there was not a single event that was done where he provided any decor. When I threatened a lawsuit, he agreed to give a fraction of the funds back and stated that he would indeed provide the rest when his business picked back up. When I messaged one month later, he began to give more excuses about not having the money ready at this point. After a couple of months later, he completely ghosted me and is no longer responding to messages or calls. The business location of his company moved and he failed to provide me with any notice.
