Hi ********, Unfortunately, your file was not cancelled immediately because our staff wanted to ensure you knew the implications of an early closure. Our program is 100% voluntary and can be closed at any point, as we do not have a formal grace period. We have reached out to you in hopes of talking about your concerns, but we understand you do not wish to speak with us right now. Hi There I spoke with Kristina in depth this morning and I was truly amazed with the information that I was given. So many things I didn't know. I was very impressed with Kristina great lady very knowledgeable. Credit Canada made everything so much easier for me. I was debt free within a few months. Easy payment plans and best of all they do all the work of negotiating and dealing with those creditors. The staff was so down to earth and never judged me. I really felt supported, heard, and never felt pressured or forced by the staff. Now I am building my credit and no more harassing calls from the collection agencies. Also the staff advised me on how to move forward. 5 Stars all the way!!Credit Canada Debt Solutions Inc Response
