              I brought a ******* ***** tablet to Schneiders Computing Stratford for repair on March 12. I prepaid the repair amount of $135. My husband picked up the repaired tablet on March 17 and was charged again, in error, the amount of $135 + 13% tax (the full amount of $152.55). Upon realizing this, I visited Schneiders on March 22 seeking a refund. The rep recognized the error and contacted her manager to issue the refund. He did nothing. Over 5 weeks, I called Schneiders twice and sent one email regarding this issue, hearing nothing back. Finally, on Monday I received an email back from the manager, *****, saying the $152.55 was a "deposit" put on a ****** tablet I took to Schneiders on March 9 and refused to issue me a refund. There has been an escalation in this situation that I'm not able to describe here. I've cancelled the order on the ****** and want my refund back, but am being ignored. I don't trust this business and want to end my transaction with them.
