*** *** ****** **** **** **** ********* *** This has been going on for abut 5 years and they still continue to constantly phone and text me. Once a month they still do soft credit checks on me. I ** ** ***** *** ** * ***** ********** *** have no means of fixing this please help me. *** **** ** ** ******** ** * ****** **** **** **** ***** ** ****** *** ****** * **** **** ** **** ******** ********* ** ******* ** ****** Please have them stop please.

I had a loan with **** ********* years ago that I couldn't keep up with my payments and it went into collections with Mac Financial. Since then, I’ve been making payments that were very small but kept me in good standing. Approx a month ago I spoke with one of their reps telling them that I’d probably be increasing my payments in March and that I would be in contact. Fast forward to Feb 28th at approx. 6:30 and I get a call from there legal dept saying even though I’d been making my payments, my claim was flagged and being processed for legal action of possible garnishment. The amount was for just under $40,000. I told them that was willing to pay more monthly, but as of March 1st my claim was being filed before the court. They said they would settle and close my claim with them if I paid $13,500 in which they knew all my credit cards and banking info. They asked for my credit card over the phone which I gave them because I panicked. They assured me I’d get a letter and then process my card. They processed my card then sent an email document saying it was resolved. Now I’ve been working on my credit, and it is coming along and when I spoke with ***** ***** the representative said the **** ********* accounts showed $0 balance and paid. After thinking about it over the weekend and doing some research after being a bit more rational, I reached out to Mac financial this morning asking for the original letter that was sent to me from them in 2018. They replied that their IT dept. couldn't get me a copy because it was impossible to go back that far. After asking for that and receipts of all my payments the gentleman's response was sounds good and have a lawyer call us? ** ******** ** ** **** **** *** ***** ** *** *** ** ****** **** **** *** ***** ********** ******* **** * *** **** *** ** ** * ***** **** ** ********* ************ I want to reverse my credit card transaction to them, but they have me scared of what might happen and I really can’t afford a lawyer

Received calls at my place of employment from Mac Financial Recovery, and I called and spoke with someone. They said I had an outstanding balance from a ******** **** ********** - which I've NEVER possessed. I thought it was dealt with; today, at my place of employment, I received a letter stating they've confirmed my place of employment, and to contact them "as soon as possible". Ridiculous, and certainly not appreciated to be happening at my work.

They keep calling me even though it's the wrong number. I have blocked them but they keep calling. Please stop . Thank you

They call me, then I do not hear from them for like 6 months, once they have gotten **** to me and they cal at first to tell me that I owe $650 on ******** **** ****, then they tell me I owe $4000, that is a big change in numbers, I am sick and tired of them calling me on my work phone.

Mac Financial has called and sent letters to my employer numerous times. They have called and texted me non stop daily. When I picked up the phone, who ever I was speaking to was *************** ***** *********** me for a debt I know nothing about from over 10 years ago. They call and text all the time, **** ********* and one day they called my boss. Is personal cell phone. Said he got the number from my credit profiles. Said I used my boss cellphone number one time, I said never once did I. Told him right then and there is stops now. Don't ever phone my boss again. I didn't even know what the debit was for. Until he told me. It was like over 5 years old . If it keeps up ***** * **** **** **** I will be taking them to court very soon for ********* phone calls and text. They think you can just go get loans elsewhere to pay them. * **** ******* ***** * ***** *** ****** ****** ******** *** *********** The guy tried to be pushy abit until I put him in place.

They called my work told them to stop contacting my work .and the debt wasn't mine as was a victim to fraud.the guy was very pushy and I was not giving him any information.told him to take me to court and I will fight.please stop contacting my employer or me.

I called to remove my number from their list as they were calling me for someone else. Then the employee proceeded to call me back after I hung up just to tell me he is going through my credit history and making fun of me for who I owed money to

******* **** ****** ******** They put the wrong delinquency date on PURPOSE knowing full well they have no business being on your Credit Report.. Launch a Dispute and it will be removed from the file, after 6 Years the debt is GONE .. **** *** ****
