      My recent purchase of a high end, dual boiler espresso machine was made through iDrinkCoffee on their website. I had tried two different local stores to purchase an espresso machine. One store was too expensive and would not price match iDrinkCoffee despite their claim to do so. The other local store sold me a damaged machine but did come through with a full refund. After the bad experiences with the local stores I ordered online from iDrinkCoffee. I was nervous about having an expensive piece of high end equipment shipped through the Post, ***** or *** but was out of local options. Wow, was I blown away with the pricing and service from iDrinkCoffee. My order was shipped the same day I submitted the order. It arrived two business days later double boxed and strapped to a pallet. Needless to say it was in great shape. I have had several questions since I made my purchase all of which have been promptly and cheerfully answered by their staff. Not only did iDrinkCoffee give me a killer price but they also gave me reward points equivalent to $100 for my purchase. The iDrinkCoffee website is one of the best for espresso hardware sales. It has excellent filters and loads of product information and reviews. Pros: Great Products Great Service Great Prices Great website Cons: None These guys prove that you can have it all.

      Very happy with iDrinkCoffee.com! I ordered a ******* ***** *** online. It arrived promptly and works perfectly. All communication was swift. I just used the loyalty points to purchase some espresso cleaning tablets. Sincerely, **** (Happy customer)

      iDrinkCoffee.com has been our to go place for freshly roasted coffee beans. It's difficult to go back to ******'s gigantic bags of coffee and God knows how long they've been in the shelves. Their customer service has been great dealing with any issues with our coffee subscriptions. Give their Around The World Coffee Subscription a try.

      Pre-purchase assistance was excellent. Once I sent my $$$... different story! My product, though purchased for a future business was set up in my home. After efforts to connect with iDrink Coffee that my machine was not working, I finally called the USA distributor and advised that I was not getting the assistance I needed to get my $6000 machine operating. They had a supplier, closer to me, call and make arrangements for a service tech to come inspect the unit. After 15 minutes, the service tech advised that the CPU was defective. iDrink Coffee would not handle the warranty on my UNUSED machine because it was "commercial"... even though it was set-up in my home and NEVER once used. Also, not to mention the supposed one year service, two year parts, warranty that they neglected to honour. The company who was referred by the USA distributor completed and paid for all the warranty work and replacement of my machine and iDrink Coffee got away with servicing their own customer. Not a good move! You have lost a customer **************************************** my experience with iDrink Coffee was beyond disappointing.

      Most of our domestic products include warranty shipping paid for by iDrinkCoffee in both directions but because of the size and weight of commercial products it is not possible to offer this service for commercial products. We offer parts and on-site labour warranties in areas where we have service partners but if we do not have a partner in the area we offer a parts only warranty. This is always stated prior to purchase.

      This was a purchase of a commercial machine under our commercial terms. During the sales process we clearly stated that we cannot offer labour for this product because we do not have a service provider in the customer's area. The customer was told in an email prior to purchase "We don't have a service partner in Kelowna, but we can offer a 1 year parts warranty. Labor is not included in the warranty." It also states explicitly on the invoice. "iDrinkCoffee.com does not have a service partner in Kelowna and can offer a parts only warranty." Under the line item on the invoice also says "Warranty: 1 Year Parts Only". We were fully forthright and the customer understood and accepted these terms prior to purchase.

      My machine arrived at my residence, purchased for personal use to practice at home for when my business eventually opens, spring of 2022. That aside.... I set it all up and was unable to test it, not even once.

      Prior to purchasing requested info on service providers in my area. The response on May 22, 2021:
      "We do have some service partners in BC, I will follow up with our service manager to confirm which are the closest to you." I never did get a response to that.

      After unsuccessful efforts to get service help... I called the manufacturer who put me in touch with *** in Vancouver, who put me in touch with a service partner in Kelowna. At no time had iDrinkCoffee offered to replace any parts. The reply above states, "1 year parts only", why were the replacements parts never offered, especially considering the machine had NEVER, EVER been used? They made it pretty clear they wouldn't replace anything. If they had stepped up and offered to at least replace the boiler, I would have accepted this.
