      **Warning** This dealership has NO regard for their customers. If you are not familiar with the parts return policy don't expect them to inform the customer at the time of point of sale what the return policy is on the part/s that you may need to return. Apparently Dennis Searles feels the ever customer who purchases a part from them is in the industry and knows this information. This is what I was told by the Parts Manager, even if you're a 17 year old boy. The part that he wanted to return was an electrical part that yes he opened to ensure it was to correct part but never installed, not that he didn't need the part but because he found the exact part on ****** a lot cheaper. We also tried to have a conversation with Kevin S. regarding this matter and was told "I'm not going to entertain this" and hung up on us. This kid works part time so being out $300 + is a big deal, he even to prove to them that the part was never used or programed. ** **** ** ******* ** ******** * ***** *** **** ***** ** ****** ******* *** * A formal complaint has been filled with GMC Canada*

      I ordered a truck June 2nd 2021. I didn't get it in august 2021 as I was told I would. I didn't get it in the 4th quarter of 2021 as I was told I would. I didn't get it until feb 2022 when there were already 2022 models on lots. When I finally got my truck, the price wasn't the same as what I had agreed on. I was told it was because they didn't do the bedliner at GM and had to do it elsewhere. When I was leaving with the truck, I realized it has a lot of kms on it for a brand new truck. I looked at the sales paperwork and it said 5 kms. The truck had 50 kms on it when I picked it up. When I asked the dealer about it, they told me that they drove my brand new truck to Hamilton and back, on the salty, slushy, snowy roads to get the bedliner sprayed. They did this without my approval or even notifying me. I didn't want my new vehicle exposed without undercoating it first. That's damage that I can't repair and who knows what it might do in the long run. I then got under the truck to get ready to undercoat it. I saw rust everywhere. I decided to look at the rest of the truck. There was a piece of trim coming off and 5 paint defects. I took pictures and send them to the dealer and GM. I contacted the dealer to try to get a solution. I was told that I'd have to fight GM about the rust because they wouldn't do anything. They said I'd have to get the paint assessed. I drove the hour there and the hour back (burning my gas) for them to take a few of the same pictures. They told me that they wanted to fix the paint right away and that they just needed to get me a truck to drive. It's now been 3 months and I'm still waiting. I have spent more than 20 hours dealing with the issues with this vehicle. It isn't fair that I should have to work to fix problems I didn't create. I've waited weeks for a response several times, my concerns and comments are ignored. Worst dealer I've ever experienced.
