Teletime has the worst customer service that i have ever experience. i ordered a ******* frame TV. Delivery was promised to me on April 15. That date came and went with no delivery and no notification that it would be delayed. I called to reschedule delivery for April 23, 6-9pm. That time also came and went with no delivery and no one calling me to notify me that it would be delayed. I have now spoken to approximately 10 different people from Teletime and no one will take responsibility for this issue or ensure it is handled. I will avoid purchasing anything from Teletime ever again. They are simply awful. "Prince" is the salesperson that I worked with. He is not trustworthy.Review from Vivek B

I got the worst experience and product. I bought a *********** fridge and gas range on Sep 17th, they delivered a “DEFECTIVE” stove which didn’t work from the day 1. The oven didn’t work from the very first start and stove didn’t have the complete packing when it was delivered. I asked them to be replaced but they prolonged with some fake reasons, made me run to the store 3 times and stopped taking my calls, By the time I contacted ***********, they also refused and only offered to fix a BRAND NEW stove. ********** not only ripped our money but peace of mind for selling a USED/DEFECTIVE stove as new through their dealers. They just cannot say how it's possible to deliver a defective/used stove. They are desperate to sell and we are paying the price. One thing to remember, ********** allows its dealers to also sells USED/DEFECTIVE appliances as NEW *** ****** ***** *** ****** **
