Attic Storage of Liberty South employed new management sometime in April 2022. They are forcing owners of classic cars to remove their property under threat of theft and destruction of their vehicles based on new management procedures. I have been illegally locked out of the property at *** * *** ******* ** ******** **. since May 5, 2022. I have been unable to reach any owners of the property and management is completely complacent and ignores phone calls. I have been illegally denied access to the property and the garage that I rent on the property; the lock has been changed. I have paid rent on time for over two years and have paid rent for May 2022 and June 2022. The new manager **** ***** has slandered and defamed me by saying I have threatened and harmed her physically. I have never met this woman and only spoke a couple of times over the phone. The woman is extremely abusive, belligerent, entitled and very malicious and vindictive in behavior and action. The woman has threatened to destroy and steal two automobiles at two locations owned and operated by Attic Storage. I was told by management in the past that the woman's husband died suddenly and unexpectedly and it has affected her ability to operate a business and successfully engage and communicate with customers and society. I haven't been able to gain any access to my automobile since May 5, 2022. The garage lock has been changed and the gate code has been changed. I am still engaged in a business contract with Attic Storage at present time. Attic Storage has made false reports to the police about court paperwork being served for eviction when in fact there has been no such action. Attic Storage has engaged in an illegal eviction of myself and has stolen my 1966 Ford Thunderbird and have illegally charged me for insurance. They will not refund monies paid in good faith for storage. I have not been given any legitimate legal notices. I am prohibited from contacting owners and insurance with the property.
