Had a great experience with Aspen. Had our roof replaced last week. Did a great job and very good communication. Kept us informed every step of the process. Robert was always there to answer any questions we had. He was very nice and professional. Michelle was also very nice and kept me up to date when they would be here to start on the roof.

Recently, I called Aspen Contracting for support with our roof. Throughout the entire experience, I was impressed and grateful for the help I received from the roofing professional who came to our aid, Brenton B****. Prior to his visit, he asked great questions to try and understand our family's needs. After learning that we were not interested in installing a new roof (our roof was installed by a different company in Fall 2023), he continued to take our concerns seriously and was eager to support us. The day we planned for him to come out, he was very communicative and provided flexible times that worked with our schedule. By arriving within the window he articulated, my trust in him continued to build. The entire time he was at our home, he was friendly, patient, and showcased immense knowledge of roofing and home ownership. Even knowing that we were not interested in installing a new roof, Brenton took the time to do an extremely thorough inspection by not only climbing up on our roof and taking comprehensive pictures but also inspecting our attic for water damage and ventilation concerns. Remarkably, after helping to answer all our questions and explaining the processes he used while investigating, he would not accept payment for his time. From his perspective, he was just offering us an easy consultation, but to us, it was so much more. Learning about what could cause a new roof (installed by another company) to leak early on was invaluable and put our minds at ease. Additionally, he offered ideas about the next steps and offered to provide continued assistance as needed. Undoubtedly, my experience with Brenton B**** and Aspen Contracting truly embodies their tagline, "Doing the right thing through higher standards and integrity."
