            I have been trying to get in contact property manager for over 2 weeks. My cabinet has been leaking for almost 3 weeks now with mold growing. I have a 2 year old living in the house and doesn’t need to be around that. I have called and texted manitiance multiple times and they say they need acceptance from property manager. I have called main off and left many voicemails and I have even talked to somebody asking to talk them and I was told to leave contact information. They have sent out two different companies who 1 was a plumber and said it’s a hvac problem. The 2 one was a hvac and needed permission on cutting the whole in wall. I haven’t seen or heard back anything else I just want it fixed so I can feel safe living here. Or I can get my rent and deposit back and move on.

            **** poor, was interested in a property and could not reach anyone during business hours over the phone or through email. When I finally did get an email the gentleman said he hadnt received any emails so I went on and inquired about the property and Ive heard nothing since. Steer clear.

            Hi *****,We are sorry you received poor customer service. After reviewing our records we can not find any record of your contact with us. Unfortunately this mistake does happen often where a tenant or potential tenant gets us mixed up with another property management company.
