Had Razor Rooter out last week (3/16/2022) to unclog main line that had backed up. Technician ran snake 100 feet into the main line: said my problem was fixed. Paid the man $144.50. This morning (3/21/2022) same drain was backed up. Called to redeem my 90 day guarantee. Same technician came out, this time he said the problem was in a floor drain. He ran snake up that line and water went down. Then told me it would be another charge of $144.50. Needless to say I got excited, refused to pay. Called ***** at their office and complained, after talking to the technician she said the charge would be $65.00 because it was a different line that was snaked and I would have been charged the $65.00 if he had done the floor drain during the first visit. I agreed to pay the $65.00. I urge anyone considering using Razor Rooter to use caution when dealing with this outfit.
