Unprofessional and dysfunctional is all you'll find here. I bought a brand new 2017 Nissan Sentra from them. It started out great, but when we sold it and wanted a partial credit for the remainder of our warranty is when it went south. I took in what ** ********* gave me regarding selling the vehicle. Nissan told me I needed an odometer reading, lien release, and the original contract for the warranty. I had refinanced the vehicle a few times (lower APR) and could not remember the bank it was initially financed with and therefore could not get the lien release from them. They said to bring in what I have and go from there. I did. They then told me they didn't need the contract for the warranty and that it would just take longer to get my refund without the lien release. I said that was fine. After 3 months now I call to get an update and am informed they now need the lien release, warranty contract, AND the ODO reading. At this point, I feel as if I am being run around and start to ask why there is such a failure of communication. As I had already been in there twice and was told it was good to go, but would take some time without the lien release. They transfer me to the sales manager (**** ******) who then proceeds to threaten to withhold my refund if I didn't stop with the attitude (I wasn't cussing or being hateful. I was simply asking what the deal was and explained how I felt they were giving me the runaround.) that he would ensure my refund is delayed even further. He went on to explain he could do so by simply "not sending it out this month, but next". I said that was fine, but that I wanted his name. He proceeded to threaten to withhold my refund again. When asked again for his name he hung up. I called and talked to the owner and she had to be asked for his name 3x before finally giving me it. She never attempted to address what her employee had just said to me. She must think this behavior is acceptable.
