Yet another customer that they attempted to force the purchase at a 12 month warranty to cover paint chips and lost key fobs to the additional cost of $4,995! Apparently it is automatically included on all purchases….. but you have to pay for it. Dodged the bullet of doing business with them and walked right out.Review from Patrice R

Do not take your vehicle here unless you want to be scammed!We took our 2013 GMC truck here to get an oil change and the air bag recall addressed. We stopped to look at new trucks. ******** was really nice & helpful. The next day when my husband picked up his truck, the service person told him that his back drum brakes were bad. My husband said thats funny because I just replaced them two weeks ago. Then the service person said, oh sorry, it is actually the front ones that are bad. My husband said well that is really interesting because I fixed them first and when that didnt solve the problem that is when I fixed the back ones!The salesman we had spoke to the day before said that they sell a lot of vehicles to people who come in for service. Now we know why! Because they tell them things are wrong with their vehicle that arent! Do not trust them for service! And by the article in the ** Stardont trust them at all! Just a bunch of crooks!

We apologized again for the miss communication. Our Lube Technician's complete the multi-point inspection on one computer. They accidently report the wrong information as the crossed up reports.Review from Chet M

Ordered a brand new Yukon at a agreed upon price only to find out that when the vehicle was on its way to the dealership, the price went up 7k for a (Brogden Multi Pro PAC exterior warranty) which ******************* said was something they order directly from GM on new vehicles. Totally misleading and outright lie. They do the same on used vehicles. So if its something they pre order from GM on a new vehicle then how are they doing the same on a used vehicle that they are buying at a auction or getting as a trade in? Our experience at this dealership started out good the sales rep was knowledgeable and seemed to be engaged on helping us get a 2022 **C **** from the factory and use our ** discount. The issue came when the truck came in and the general manager **** called and stated the price with the ** discount was ********* however they have this addendum fee which will be over ****** however for us it will be $8,995. This fee was never Discussed to my husband or myself the General Manager,did state every vehicle sold has this addendum Fee. The issue is the misleading sales practice of informing us of this Outrageous fee to make the right Decision at the start of the process and the fact we had the opportunity to order the truck from somewhere else but trusted the dealership. Also the fact after several conversations on different trucks and the lack of transparency of fees buyers should beware. In my business misleading conduct is not acceptable.Review from howard h

I order a warranty and within 30 days the dealership cancel the warranty. I paid for a [ 3 ] three years and try fill a claim on warranty. The service ***** told Me that was no warranty for this truck and had to call ***************. Contact the *************** and was told somebody from dealer cancel / active. Call dealership and never receive a call back or a email. Visit dealership on a Monday afternoon and waited over hour to get taken care of. was told everybody was busy and was nobody there and ask to speak to person that sold this warranty. That person was fire or no longer employ.??? Beware of this business.Review from tony p

I found a truck advertised that fit my needs, I set an appointment drove 2.5 hours to get there to buy the truck. They offered a fair price for my trade and handed me a quote for me to look over, on that quote was a $5995 extended service warranty. I asked the sales guy to take that off because I don't buy warranties. He said I would have to pay an extra $4000 for the truck to not get the warranty. I walked out and will never shop there again.
