    My wife had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a “certified” 2016 Mazda CX-9 from eddys Mazda on 6/30/21. No more than a week after the vehicle was purchased it was being serviced for a bad wheel bearing. Maybe 2 weeks thereafter my wife and I began to notice antifreeze leaking from the vehicles engine area. We dropped the vehicle back off to be serviced, this time the diagnosis was a bad motor which would need to be replaced. The repair of the vehicle took around 2 months. At which point we were actually charged for repairs, although the vehicle was sold with a warranty that does cover the required repairs. On 10/28/21 my wife’s vehicle was returned to her after having the motor replaced. On 11-14-21 I had to have the vehicle towed back to the service dept after the vehicle experienced a major wheel malfunction while my wife and children were inside the vehicle on the highway going 60+mph. I have subsequently requested information from eddys Mazda in regards to who certified my wife’s vehicle pre sale and what all that process entails. I have yet to get any answers in regards to that question to date. Currently the vehicle is at their service department, my wife has been without her vehicle for beyond a unreasonable amount of time at this point and everyone I have spoken to at this business is only looking to avoid owning the fact of the matter at hand which is my wife was sold a lemon and they are doing all they can to alleviate themeselves of any liability. I have even reached out to Mazdas customer care team for assistance and have yet to get any response from my inquiries dating back to 11/3/21.

    I bought a 2021 CX 5 from Eddy's on the 31st of March. I was so excited when I drove off in my brand new car. It wasn't till about two weeks later that I noticed I didn't get any paperwork from them, nothing. Not even the manual for the car. I contacted them, they said they were looking for an manual for my car. when they got back to me they said I could come out and get the manual. Im on the ****************** and they are in ***'sSummit. I figure since it was their mistake they should mail it to me. It was another week before I heard from them. asked if my address was right, I said yes. here it is week later, no owner's manual or paperwork for me to get my plates and such. The paper license has expired. Im at my wits end .. what do I do? drive my car or not? Its a new car I want to drive it!"
