Worst Biz practice. Zero communication other than sending you a tracking number a month later, not responding to emails promptly and making excuses why they couldnt respond. Dont even need the parts now but yet here we are a month later with a rubber fuel line hose and a spark plug LOL plain and simple. DO BETTER. funny how theres so many bad reviews

We responded to every email you sent, you should try checking your spam. We can send them, but you have to read them. We never got an email from you asking to cancel or refund... and I know its a crazy concept but we cannot control other companies backorders. We don't make the spark plug and fuel line, if the manufacturer doesn't have it available how are we supposed to get it? Also, we NEVER once gave you an excuse or a reason at all why we didn't respond, we did resopnd. BBB really needs to allow screen shots in these.Review from MARK D

Well I did not order any special made parts just a air filter, jet kit and a 1 gasket. It's been almost 3 weeks. I think we're all used to getting stuff off Amazon and **** in 1-day or 2, so this company makes you check. A Box? Saying, That it Could take longer, which most of the time they probably don't have it in stock and try to find it at other companies, they send then to there store and then to you buy mail , so its taking 2 weeks 3 weeks to **************, if you don't mind waiting 3 weeks order for them. if you do don't buy from them. Some times it not worth trying to save abuck or two.and they don't have a phone number to call...Buy at your own risk.Tactical Mindz Stunt Shop Response

As explained to you, we don't manufacture the parts you ordered, so we cannot control backorders as most reasonable people already know. We don't hold orders. The parts ship the minute they are available. You were notified of the backorder and did not cancel... and you got your parts as soon as they came off backorder.Review from Daniel B

I made an order in May of 2022, it took 8 months to receive my order and when I received it parts were missing. They only communicate through email and it has been email after email with no results. It is now June 2023 13 months later and they refuse to answer any emails. Stay away from this company.Tactical Mindz Stunt Shop Response

We cannot control *********'s manufacturing process. We stayed in communication with you the entire time, answered every email. We never responded later then 48 hours. You were aware the situation the entire time. You ordered a made to order part, you knew it was made to order... you knew we did not make that part and we were at the mercy of the manufacturer. It took 5 months, granted that is longer then we like orders to take, it again was out of our controlReview from Vic L

Do not order from this site! Some orders are 9 weeks+ out even tho their site says "in stock" lack of communication, Was good at some point I'm sure, but lack supply and demand now.Tactical Mindz Stunt Shop Response

No where on our site does it say "In-stock". You ordered a back ordered part and were notified about it. You also ordered a made to order kit, that you had to agree at checkout could take up to 6 weeks. That does not mean we lack supply and demand. You went on social media, and said your order was taking 12 weeks, when you just placed the order March 10th, 2 weeks, not 12. You are on here also lying saying 9 weeks now. You were refunded 2 weeks after you placed the order, because you did not want to wait on the back ordered part after you went on a social media tirade with your lies.Review from dana w

it literally says "MADE TO ORDER" in big red letters at the top of the description, and it always has. You just failed to read it. You also had to check a box that said you agreed to the made to order wait time in order to checkout. You wasted your own time.Review from Kyle M

Place is a scam wish I would of read these reviews before I ordered . They run discount promos for holiday etc I ordered $1,500+ worth of parts from them on 7/4/22 here we are in March of 2023 still havent received everything and have came to the conclusion I never will. There customer service also ***** they just tell you some b.s lie until they stop responding straight scammers stay away .Review from Daniel c.

I ordered my crash cage back on September 13 and i still haven't got and the maker is not even done with it yet 3 days shy of 3 months this place is a joke don't waist your money with them spend it somewhere else that actually appreciates their customers when I ordered it was up to 6 weeks to fabb and 2 weeks for custom paint 8 weeks total time I'm going on 13 or 14 weeks they are a joke!!!!!!!!!Tactical Mindz Stunt Shop Response

We do not manufacture the crash cage. You were notified of the delays. It's a made to order part and a general time frame of 6 or more weeks is given for normal stunt bikes. You did not order a cage for a common stunt bike, which does add time to the manufacturing of the cage. The time frames are their time frames, not ours. I am sorry they were unable to produce the product in your needed time, but it is entirely out of our control. We emailed them and asked for an update everytime you asked about the cage, all this was explained.Review from Alex C

We pay a company to run our social media. You are not being truthful with most of this, we did reply to you, you just didn't check your spam box. We refunded your $7.00 and still shipped you the stickers free. We had an issue with our vinyl cutter, we had to replace it, it caused some delays. We explained all this to you and there was nothing that would make you happy.Review from Angela J

This is the worst company to make a purchase from. I placed my order in February, it is almost June and I still cannot even receive a tracking number or legitimate status update. I have been told my order is shipping by the end of the week for over a month. Their customer service representative ******** is awful. She does not care about her customers at all. She does not offer any service or reasoning or reconciliation. They have now stolen almost a thousand dollars from me and not provided me with my order. ******** keeps blaming the manufacturer, but even the manufacturers website provides turn times that are less than what I have been waiting for.Tactical Mindz Stunt Shop Response

You agreed at checkout to the made to order wait times. In big bold red letters on the product description, it states it will take 14 or more weeks to build and manufacture this custom made to order product for you and that the product is not manufactured by us. All of this was also explained directly to you through email. COVID has caused several delays and since we do not manufacture the product we cannot control the time it takes for it to be manufactured and shipped. The manufacture never updated the wait times on their website, we keep ours up to date and go off how long it takes them to ship our other orders. We are there biggest dealer. Again all of this was made aware to you at the time of purchase, you had to check a box agreeing to it, to even checkout. You ended up filing a chargeback the day they were done and ready to ship, forcing us to stop them from being shipped. You got all of your money back and we were stuck eating the cost of your custom red and blue parts made just for you.Tactical Mindz Stunt Shop Response
