      Due to incorrect closing of our system, there is now a crack in our manifold. They couldn't come out for 2 weeks to look, so I had to pay for another irrigation system to come out. They noted that it was due to incorrect closing of our system by Exclusive Laws. The employee that came to close our system was here less than 10 minutes and he should've been here for a minimum of 20-30 to completely blow out all of our zones. I even stated this to them when they called to collect payment. I had a check ready to hand the employee but he didn't have any contact with me after he arrived, so I couldn't pay him. *******, the owner, states that they won't cover the cost to fix it because we didn't get our system closed in October (they had no availability when we called middle of October). Will not use this company ever again. "

      In response to your review, we did not install your sprinkler system, we simply took over the maintenance on 6-24-2020. The services completed in 2020 were spring start-up & fall winterization. This year, on 4-27-21, we completed the spring start-up & adjustments. Therefore, the system was pressured up & sprinkler heads were adjusted for the new 2021 season. You contacted us on 6-21-2021 stating that water was filling up in the valve box outside. You also stated that you have turned your backflow device off. We verified this information with you. I am sorry, however our service techs schedules were full & no, we could not get out to look at your sprinkler system the same day. Nor could we the same week, however we did try to schedule a service visit with you & you demanded same day service. The next call we received from you was a call letting us know that you had another sprinkler company out & they stated that there is a crack in the manifold. We simply will not take responsibility for that repair. We did the sprinkler start-up on 4-27-21, the system ran through 6-21-21 with no issues. Problems can arise at anytime on existing sprinkler systems. The system ran for almost 2 months without any issues. We work really hard to provide our customers with superior service. We do strongly recommend that our customers call to schedule sprinkler system winterization around the first of October. Our records show that you called at the end of October, and yes - at that time we could not get the system winterization scheduled until 11-10-2020, however, a crack in the manifold is NOT due to improper winterization. I am sorry that you felt the need to also tell me that you were going to get your lawyer involved, etc. I wish you the best with your new sprinkler company.
