Area divisions include Missouri Public Service and Kansas Public Service. Area-based UtilCo Group subsidiary owns interest in 17 independent power projects in seven states and Jamaica. The company moved its corporate headquarters to the landmark New York Life building after restoration was completed in fall 1996.
