      I made 2 appointments For final dentures 24 hours apart as directed by staff. Upon arrival I was informed I would have to reschedule because their lab had overbooked.

      The facts of this complaint is not correct.  Patient was scheduled for a procedure that initally would be addressed in one visit which was the finalization of her treatment process.  When patient arrived and provided her dental prosthesis it was cracked from the front to the back.  Patient was advised that in order to provide her with a strong and long lasting product we would need to process this procedure through the laboratory.  This was explained to the patient that it would take at a minimum of 24 hours without her prosthetic.  At this time options of scheduling was provided to the patient and those options were, take the impression the day of her appointment and see her back at her next existing scheduled appointment which was the following week, reschedule the procedure to a different day that would be consecutive days which would allow her minimal time without her prosthetic and or schedule her out a ways due to her complaints of having to take off work.  Patient got very upset and stated that she cant take off more work, advised patient that this is out of our control as she has broken her prosthetic and we are only trying to assist her with get it fixed and fixed correctly.  Patient then yells at the staff and says she will just go somewhere else and pay for a new denture and storms out of the building with no additional conversation.  Patient has since taken no responsibility regarding the actions she displayed nor has acknowledged the options she was given to resolve the concern.  We always take pride in providing the patient with the best options and products available therefore want to address this concern with the patient.  Unfortunately, when a patient doesn't not want to allow us to help her and yells and uses profane words towards our staff it limits our ability to assist her in providing a excellent service.  We have not one time told her we could not treat her or address her concerns.  She has told us that she is not going to follow through with the recommended treatment in which is ultimately her decision but it does leave us with no options to aid in her treatment.  Unfortunately, our hands are ties as she is not allowing us to move forward with the reccomended care.

      Hi I went to Wright Dentures and Implants in ************ ** on ***************************** would highly NOT recommend this place. I have been without teeth since May. They cant get my denture right after 2.5 months. I asked for a refund to go somewhere else that cares about their patients and does dentures right but they will not refund my money nor will the office manger call me back and when I call they now send me straight to voice mail. I am currently filing a court case to get my money back. Whatever you do DON'T go to this place unless you wanna lose money!! I am also contacting Fox 4 problem solvers to ask them to air my story and to take down their commercial! Please dont be another one of their victims!

      Good morning, We have sent you a letter to process a refund to your insurance company. This has all been addressed and handled accordingly, it typically takes up to 30 days before receiving any refund and longer for your insurance company to process as well.

      I went to wright dentures and implants because I had friends that used this business prior to 2016 or so and had no problems. If I would have read the reviews on this business, I would have never used them. I have made 10 visits to get full dentures and probably have 2 to 3 more visits and maybe I will have new dentures. My first visit was for impressions and my second visit supposed to be for a fitting but had to take impressions again. Third visit they tried putting someone else's fitting in my mouth. Fourth visit I had to take impressions again. Fifth visit was for a fitting it was good the size and shape of the teeth were good. The ******* got dentures that looked good from the front so I left the office with them, over the next month or so I probably bit my tongue 20 to 30 times trying to get used to them. The dentures were wrong, they changed my profile made my mouth look sunk in like I had no teeth which made the space for my tongue smaller and that is why I bit my tongue so many times. Seventh visit they agreed that the dentures were wrong. Eighth visit I took impressions again. Ninth visit was for a fitting, the profile was correct the teeth size was wrong. At this point I would like to have my money back. I do not recommend this place go somewhere else.

      Good Afternoon ****************, I do apologize that you have no had the best experience in our office as that is our goal for each and every patient. The services that you have chosen to receive is a custom prosthetic that as with any prosthetic whether appendage or dental there is a process to make it exact. Along with every prosthetic that is used there is also an adjustment period that every person goes through transitioning from their previous to the new. Secondly, it would be very difficult to place another persons prosthetic on any person other than the person it is fitted for therefore the comment about mistaking someone else's for yours is almost impossible. Also we only show that you have been in our office 7 times prior to approving a remake of the product and which to create a custom product typically takes at a minimum 5 visits to ensure proper fit. Again we have to take proper steps to make the prosthetic as perfect as possible and without these steps it is almost impossible. We are in the process of remedying the situation for you and we appreciate your patients while we make it right. Again our patients are our number one priority and will do what it takes to get it right.
