      I do not understand all the bad reviews or folks saying it has taking long periods to get an answer on there application.I applied yesterday at June 1, 2023 11:36 pm and received a text with my approval at June 2, 2023 7:00 am. The app is a bit basic and I cannot answer for how the customer service is yet but so far so good. I am about to upload a mobile deposit so I'll will be back shortly with a review on that process and I am planning a test call to customer service soon so I can review there service ** I think these reviews were posted by unhappy customers who may have blew the situation out of preportion. Be back soon!

      The worst customer service, the rudest loan manager and ** I have ever encountered. Trying to pay off a loan due to the sale of an RV and absolutely no response or help. The ** hung up on us . call and consistently get voice mail. Definitely do not recommend this bank.

      Very minimal features on the baking app my My associates and I created Our Checking account on the same day using the same device we didn't logged out but we're unable to log back in nobody remembers their account number because we did it back to back can you fix this i happened to deposit a check in my too.. there's no way to recover the accounts

      This bank is the epitome of worst support, worst customer service, the worst app I have ever seen. Lost access to my account for two weeks, each time I called customer support a recording would come up stating that they would call me back, after two weeks of daily calling no one called me back. They could not restore access via the web and told me to download their mobile app, I did and the app is so bad it is unusable, all numbers and text overlap using huge fonts, I told them this and they say I could fix it by downloading the app onto a tablet since it has a bigger screen. The bad bank, bad communication, and terrible customer support... run away while you can

      I join the other customers in their reviews of Small Business Bank practices. After trying to fund my account all transactions except one being blocked we called to see what the problem was. We were told to go through the account opening process again, as the agent walked us through it. Still no success making a transfer from our **********. So we called again, oh yeah actually we changed routing numbers but we never told ***** so all transactions from ***** were stopped, but we fixed it. Then we opened the app again and saw a notification our account was frozen. Called to see why. ***** had no information, someone will call you they said. Supposedly a manager called us, they also had no information, why was our account frozen? I dont know. Ok. When was our account frozen? Sometime in the month of May. We opened the account in May and its still May so thats not very helpful. When will it be reviewed? Sometime in the next 90 days The manager that called was rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Avoid doing business until they upgrade their staff and do some serious training!!So now we are glad we were not able to fund the account, otherwise wed have no access to our money or information for 90 days.

      May 6, 2021 - Zero stars. The BBB rating system requires a one-star minimum. I have had my business account with Small Business Bank **************************** (***) for about two years. The system was clunky, but it was possible to pay vendors and do basic business transactions. Then we were told the system would be down from April 28, 2021 through May 3, 2021. Today, I went in to resume my business banking. When I re-registered to access my account, there were no features other than the ability to transfer between my business' existing checking and savings accounts. I was informed by *** via phone that ****************** is de-prioritizing the ability to use its online banking from a desktop or laptop. All the functions will be inside a new app. I downloaded the new app. It's far worse than one would expect from a business banker. 1) You can no longer customize dollar amounts sent to vendors on a recurring basis. Recurring payments must always be the exact same dollar amount to the specific vendor. 2) With the new system, to pay vendors, you must enter in routing number and account number each time you do the transaction if the dollar amounts will be different each time. 3) The only function available on a desktop or laptop is to transfer between your accounts within ***. 4) The rep said there is no guarantee that any functions in the previous system will ever be returned in the new system. 5) There is no timeline for upgrading the app, and there is no road map for making improvements. Conclusion: I would advise anyone considering an account with this banker to go elsewhere until these issues are resolved. According to this site's terms, customer reviews are not factored into BBB ratings. Since this is the case, please consider another banker or ask them very specific questions about what functionality your business will need to have before opening an account at *** as of May 6, 2021. And yes, I intentionally held off all business banking for a few days before trying the new system so the upgrade would be fully completed. Unfortunately, it is a downgrade of services with no expectation of improvement based on two reps I spoke with today."
