I wouldn't go through this full service provider ever again since I had to spend money twice in the same week and still not fixed! Well only had my problem temporarily fixed for shorter than 5 hours both times and then just continued having problems after claimed it was fixed. They'll use clever words to convince that they are fit for the work or make it seem they will do the work they said they will do. If I had to come again I would ask a series of questions if you're seriously considering them and if optional watch to see if they even do the work correctly but at that point if the fix is small you might as well go somewhere else. They also have bad management that do not deliver a customer experience at the Overland park location. Here's some of the things I'll remember he said "Autozone is a $60 machine our reader is $6000" "Do you think you shouldn't pay us anything?" "We'll try to make it work". He's not the only person we talked to, went through 4 different people to try to resolve the problem but they are trying to put me in deep by not giving me a fair price. First it was $212 then it was $330 now it's $3000 like there's no way after what AutoZone told me and what their other shop told me. Usually most mechanics shops that are like this one will lie to your face to make easy money SALLAS is a beware from me!
