I went into get an oil change on my 2011 Kia Sorento!!! 2 fridays ago!! Have taken my car there as long as I've had it, have never paid over $35 for an.oli change! The guy that wrote up my ticket was rude and spoke non chalant about anything I asked!! Didn't have the decency to call me by name , just bait for me when my car was finished....I was charged $90.05 for a OIL CHANGE,, why would I need to call and check to see how much an oil change is when I've been taken my kia there for years. Never dawned on me of the name Brogden' that the whole business was taken over, and to think I was thinking about buying me a new telluride from there....SMDH very disappointed and disrespected!!! Be very careful if you choose this place, they lie, cheat, and are very rude, Daughter went to buy a car there, nothing in stock, so she picked what she wanted, ordered it, they told her it would be ******************************************************* the meantime that was an ugly blue color. after 3 months and multiple emails asking where her car was, they kept telling her its not there yet. after 11 months she finally went in to see what was going on they told her they never ordered her car, so lied from the start, told her she has to keep the ugly car they let her use and pay for it. after years of saving and planning for a certain car, she gets stuck with some ugly car she did not want due to the incompetent employees, and the worst was ********************* the rudest, most evil, mean salesperson I have ever spoke to. Nothing but a *****! kept denying everything, refused to give her the correct car, charged her 900 for service fees, which no other dealer I have ever seen charge this outrageous amount, I have bought many new cars with no fees or less then 200. Hopefully *** is not your choice, nothing but scammers!!!! The biggest disappointment ever to treat a young customer like this and add all these fees and make her keep the loaner, because they didn't do their job and order her the car she been wanting.Review from Heather K

A few of months ago we went into the dealership looking for a Carnival. The sales guy was helpful and said they have a deal where people can buy a different model while the Carnival is being built. Once the van arrives, we can return the car (which will not depreciate) for a full refund (including taxes which would apply to our new purchase). We went through the paperwork in detail with the finance person. We took hours reviewing through everything and asking very detailed questions. She explained all of the legalese to us and we were comfortable with the process. Our van finally arrived and we were so excited. Unfortunately it all went south once we started on the paperwork. Apparently the mark up on the Carnivals has gone up the past few months. While we did have a signed contract saying we would make the swap-the legalese made the numbers unclear and it turns out that the finance person misled us in the extreme (this is a place where we erred; I should have insisted on more in writing that we had). Instead of returning the Sorento (I am rounding most of these numbers) for the purchase amount ($42K + $1K contract fee (which was clearly explained would be returned), and taxes) and purchasing the van for $42K we had to return the Sorento for $37K, pay another $1K contract fee, and purchase the van for $45K). Pretty sure that is an $8-9K difference. The ** kept explaining that I just did not understand, and it was only a $3,500 difference. I kept pushing back and he finally acquiesced that I was correct - so in addition to using bait and switch tactics, he outright lied to us. When we asked if we could take 24 hours to think about such a big decision we were told that they would just sell the van to someone else after we waited 2-3 months. Pressure like that is obviously a big red flag!In the end, our options were to return the Sorento and be out nearly $5k in taxes and fees, pay the extra $8,600 for the van, or keep a car that does not work for our family.Review from Lakeisha H.

My senior citizen parents purchased a 2020 ***********, and extended warrenty. Less then 1 year later the car is stopping on them and instead of fixing it they were 'swapped out' which basically meant sold a 2022 Kia ******* for $200 more a month then they were previously paying. This place should be shut down. Tried to complain to corporate but they are family owned with no family values. The sales manager is the worst just money hungry! Wish there was enough characters to tell my whole story but I will find a way to get it out to the public because I don't want anyone else taken advantage of like my parents.Review from Brian I

I went to Robert ********* Olathe Kia to pay my end of lease agreement. They told me I had to pay a $3000.00 Pre Certification Price on top of the lease payoff amount. I explained to them that this was not in my lease agreement. They said they put this in all their lease agreements. I again told them it is not in my lease agreement. They asked when I leased the car and I told them in 2019. They then said Olathe Kia switched owners but still wouldn't honor my lease agreement. I went here because ***** website says you can go to the dealer to pay off the end of lease terms. I don't know if my payment by mail will get to *** in time before my lease end. We had an argument in the office where we both exchanged a few words with no name calling. The guy jumped up out of his chair and came at me stowed up as if he was going to hit me repeatedly saying "Hit me, pxxxy", about 5 times in a row at his door, in front of customers. I quickly left the building and will not be returning.Review from Chris C

This dealership has many problems. Our main issues had to deal with "bait and switch" tactics, lack of professionalism, inability to complete simple tasks, lack of customer service, and an employee base that doesn't seem to care about customer experience/time. We received emails saying they had a vehicle we wanted in stock. We text and ask. We show up the same day and are told in person "Oh, we haven't had that vehicle in a while", but we have a few coming in. We decide to go with one of those. Try to pay cash. They act confused. Want to finance, so we agree to finance 20% of the vehicle. Finance manager wastes hours of our time, never finishes financing before we leave, insults me being a teacher, brags about stuff but refuses to listen to our responses, overall not a good time. We get the car, financing still not done 2 weeks later, but are told it will happen soon. A month later, no title, can't register vehicle. We call 6 times, leave messages, finally get a call back and are told it'll happen soon. I ask if we should pay cash and am asked how a teacher has so much money. I ignore the insult, ask him to finish the financing, he says it'll get done ASAP. Our credit is run again. My wife goes into labor. 2 days left on the temporary tag. We call 6 more times. Answering machine each time. 4 days later, tags are expired, no return calls. I start calling them again. Leaving messages. No response. I finally text the sales associate responsible for selling us the car initially. Ask him to help. Wait hours. I finally text and say I want the title ready, I'll pay the rest in cash. I get there, get the title, am taken to the Finance Manager responsible for the mess, he acts cool and tries to shoot the breeze, never apologizes, never finished the financing process despite running our credit and dropping our score from doing it multiple times. I paid 100% of the vehicle, which they uncharged $5k over MSRP for, plus admin feesReview from Don V.

Looking to buy a new car let me tell you about my experience with Robert ******************. What a joke. Went to dealership with excellent credit rating. *******. Picked out a car and made deal 9/7/21. They tried to add $4500 warranty. I told them no. They said come back next day and sign new contract which I did Found out they processed origional contract with warranty and bank funded loan. Demanded refund and dealer paid off origional loan and said they submitted new contract to BofA. I went weekly to both dealer and BofA on status of new loan. Dealership gave me a different story I came by. On November 7 2021 my 60 day tag expired. I had no way to register vehicle. Instead of giving me the title or another temp tag they put dealer plates on the car which I understand is not legal. Weekly trips to dealer and BofA resulted in nothing. Finally at the end of November on visit to dealer when I asked for the finance manager they said she had been terminated. I told my story to new manager he went to back office. He returned and said my paperwork was still there and no loan in place. He told me to return in two days. On arrival he gave me the title to the car so I could register it and told me the bank has my paperwork and the dealership would make the two payments I should have made if the contract had been properly processed. On December 4 credit bureau shows new loan with BofA and on next day reported loan 60 days delenqient dropping credit score an avg of 80 points from excellent to average on a loan that was open two or three days. Now fighting with BofA to get credit report fixedReview from Donna P

**** and Especially ***** the Mgr, had very poor customer service. I pay more for my oil change and tire rotation but expect better ***************** they failed miserably. ***** agreed to accept an expired coupon but made it clear he was doing me a big favor and wasnt happy about it, he said hed do it this time. I said, Ill have it dont this time, probably not next. He repliedthen why would I give you a discount today, snotty voice and all. After we exchanged a few words and I ask for his Manager, he softened a little but still had a chip on his shoulder. I dont expect that when I choose to come to the dealership. He then proceeded to pull **** away to help in office to take a credit card leaving me standing there not checked in. It was all I could do not start yelling profanity. I have an extended warranty, ********************* glanced at the paper and said it was power train, blowing my other issue completely off. My car was blocked, I was right up against the door and side of the building, pulling to the right there was a tow truck and you couldnt get they. **** only backed up a shirt distance expecting me to back my van up and hit any of the cars or your building. I lost my s*** I went to ******* instead and they were able to get me taken care of in less than 45 minutes. I wrote an email to Robert ******* on Friday but ha e not heard a word. Very disappointing.Review from Michael P

Complete lack of integrity and nothing but greed here folks. They deserve zero stars, not one...My wife and I reached out to buy a Telluride. Due to inventory shortages we had them custom order one for us months ago. When the order was placed we came to an agreement on the final price IN WRITING including all fees and add-ons so there wouldn't be any surprises when we came in later to get the vehicle. See the picture I posted of the agreement - at least I have the integrity to black out the numbers! I even conceded to buy this lame warranty package that they force on every car, no exceptions. Side note: add-ons at dealerships are never worth it (do the research) and I only conceded since my wife wanted this car so bad.Instead, when the vehicle shows up they changed their minds and wanted more money! They, including the head of the dealership Phil ***** literally whined about how the previously agreed upon pricing was a mistake and how they weren't making enough money and could sell the car to someone else for thousands more. And the pricing disparity isn't like they had the decimal in the wrong place, we're talking that they suddenly just raised the cost a few thousand dollars. Then, when we held our ground on the price, we had in writing, they refused to call or text us back - too cowardly to even talk to us. AND THEN SOLD THE VERY CAR THEY CUSTOM ORDERED FOR **!!! What a joke.Do not go here period unless you're okay dealing with deceitful people who are greedy.
