    We had the misfortune of purchasing a 2016 Yukon XL from Molle for 49k in February of 2022. It was a lowe mileage vehicle (47,000 or so) that was supposed to be a one owner locally purchased and traded. It had several scratches on it they they promised they would buff out and still to date never have. We are now suspecting this was not this was not the case on the one owner local trade. 2 months after purschasing the vehicle we found out there was no air conditioning. We took the car back to the dealership. We were told that since we did not purchase the $6k warranty they we were on the hook for the $840 (and that was the manager's special for being a loyal customer). Fast forward to August and now the transmission has gone out. The vehicle is still under a total of $52,000 miles total at this point. They said they will make good on helping us out with the vehicle by buying it back or making a trade on a new car by offering us $14k less than what they sold it to us for in February. They even asked if I wanted to sell my truck to them too and we could just drive one vehicle one for a while if that helped us afford just one vehicle to make things easier. How does that make things easier for a family of 4 that farms. By selling both of our vehicles to them for a loss? If you need a family vehicle that is reliable and are looking for a dealership that understands these vehicles carry your family, look elsehwere. They do not care about your family or your family situation. When we bought the vehicle they said this was a solid vehicle that goes through their 170 point inspection and it has never had any issues and should last a very long time. We have had 2 major issues in less than 4 months. We offered to buy a new $70k vehicle if they just paid off what we owe. They offered us 14k less than we we owe. We were not upside down to start this process. We just want them to buy it back for what we owe and go our seperate ways for selling us a lemon.

    Not impressed at all, and done dealing with them forever, years back had to take my **** ****. 2wd 6 banger in 5 times to get things done-took the service guy (now not there) for a drive with the thudding after spending thousands, come to find out a piece of plastic was in cap/rotors, and here recently, today, after spending **** for another cap/rotors wires plugs and taking a day off overtime and explaining the problem about going up a long hill and level road sputtering, they told me they scanned the computer system and I asked them if they did a pressure tear on fuel-yes within range, but however still they said nothing was wrong,after going there I talked by both phone and walked up there to tell him Ill take you for a ride to let you feel it other than going up a short ramp up, his excuse was we dont have enough guys here and I cant leave- really, you kidding after I spent ****$ on something that still is the same,
