      I purchased a vehicle from INFINITI of Kansas City in August 24th, 2021. About 3 weeks later, I needed to cancel the extended warranty of $2867.00 and the gap insurance of $899.00. I went in and **** ******* the business manager, whom took my mileage down, took pictures and told me it would be 4 to 6 weeks to get a refund. Eight weeks later, I called **** to ask him about the refund and he had no idea what I was talking about, but after reminding him that he needed to look on his phone for the information that he took down, he said he would get back to me. After a week went by, I called **** and again, I had to remind him again about taking the pictures, etc. He finally remembered and told me he would check on it and get back to me. At this time. On the 23rd of November, I went into INFINITI of Kansas City, and asked to speak with ******* ****, the Executive Manager. He was not in, so I called and left a message for him to call me. ******* called me back later that evening and told me that he had already talked with **** and I should be receiving a check shortly. I called ******* again around the 29th of December, left a message and still returned call Now we are into the middle of January, and still no check and no communication. I have been told that I would receive a total refund of $3766.00

      This business has no problem taking $1000 non-refundable money to hold a car while you overnight a cashiers check to buy a car. But when it comes to picking it up, they won't allow you to ship it. You have to fly out to pick it up and they disclose your credit report online in a public forum.
