    I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord sport from the dealership on April 12th, on the date of purchase I was told that my title and purchase paperwork would be sent to me within a week. When the title didn't arrive I contacted my sales person and was informed that the dealership did not have the proper title to the vehicle because the previous owner had never registered the vehicle. May 10th I went back to the dealership because my temporary tag was expired, I was informed that the title would arrive to me by May 17th, and if it did not arrive to contact someone via phone in the finance department. My sales person took my address down, provided me with a dealer tag, and a ***** envelope to return the dealer tag when my title arrived to me. The title still never arrived. June 6th I called Honda of Tiffany Springs and asked to speak to someone in finance, a young lady answered the phone I explained the situation and she said that she would have to call me back once she spoke with someone about the issue. Two minutes later I received a call back from her telling me that the dealership has the proper title, they would ship out immediately, I should have it no later than June 10th, and if it did not arrive contact ***** in the titling department. June 10th came and I still did not receive a title. I tried contacting ***** on June 10th and was forwarded to his voicemail where I left a message explaining th issue and asking him to call me back. I then tried contacting the owner of dealership ***** and was told he was out of the office, I was forwarded to his voicemail as well where I left a message explaining the issue and asking him to please contact me. Today June 13th I tried contacting ***** again and was forwarded to his voicemail once again where I left a message. I also tried contacting ***** again and was told he is still out of the office and I left a message as well. No contact.

    Horrible sales service, my son made an offer that was full price and left a deposit only to be told when we were trying to pick up the vehicle that the vehicle had been promised to an employee. Told not to worry, then 2 weeks later (holding the deposit) when another new vehicle arrived told, by the way, this car has more features so you need to pay the difference. No communication, no effort to make the situation right, just take advantage of the client, thanks ****** for nothing.
