      Summit Media Solutions has been helping my business for several years now in different capacities. They have assisted with social media postings, website management, soliciting reviews from customers, and even helped rebuild our website earlier this year. They have helped us implement an SEO program which has brought increased traffic to our site and increased leads as well. Their team is always responsive and easy to work with. I can count on them to accomplish whatever we request usually within a day's time. We have been pleased with the success they have helped drive in our business and I would recommend them to other businesses looking to increase their digital presence.

      In the past several of years I have had the privilege of expanding a business relationship with this team of incredibly talented and integrity driven folks. What started as a basic website build, has expanded into many other avenues such as listings management, an ever expanding SEO program, another new website build, etc. They have played a significant role in the growth of both our business and our brand. I applaud their professionalism, their insight, and their fantastic customer service when called upon. From the owner of the company, on down to the coordinator that has to handle our routine questions, top notch people and top notch service.

      My small business is hurting as well, Their Salesman took advantage of my age, I'm 75 years old and he took advantage of that. They sold me a website but deliberately avoided explaining there would be extravagant charges for additional services which would be required. They in fact told me I was good to go go and not to worry about any additional charges other than $3500.00 for the website and an additional $635.00 per month!! my first charge was $4455.00 how does that figure? They have built the website on a proprietary platform which only a highly experienced "Coder" can perform Search Engine Optimization. They are holding me Hostage for more money. The owner called me fed me a lot of crap about his Integrity and Honesty and said he wanted to resolve the issue but offered No resolve, just a lot of crap. I was suckered by the salesman. I do not remember signing any contract with them but I requested a copy from the owner but he hasn't sent it yet as of 10/26/2003 the request was on 10/21/23 I thought it was law to receive a copy of any contract you signed I think this company has employed the dirtiest of tricks to ensnare their clients into paying extremely massive amounts for their services.

      After each consultation, we provide comprehensive proposals to ensure a shared understanding of the services to be delivered, along with their pricing. We then provided a contractual agreement that clearly outlined the agreed-upon products and services, along with associated pricing, monthly payments, deposit paid, and contractual terms. 
      Our electronic agreement platform promptly delivers an executed copy to each signer’s email address. We are always willing to provide an additional copy of an agreement and will do so today now that you shared you would like an additional copy. 
      We never invoiced for additional charges or services that weren’t part of the single, multi-product service agreement you signed. Upon acceptance of our services, we worked diligently alongside you to craft a bespoke website that aligned with your unique business needs. You receive up to 30 minutes of monthly changes at no charge, as part of our agreement, and we’re willing to provide training if you prefer to make modifications yourself. A highly experienced coder isn’t needed to perform SEO work. 
      Our owner's attempts to engage you in a professional, respectful conversation were genuine. He reached out to you on two separate occasions, with the intent of understanding your concerns so we could address them. We regret that you declined these requests. 
      While you are entitled to your perspective, our commitment to providing custom-tailored, long-term solutions, along with a high level of professionalism, communication, integrity, and customer service, remains unwavering.

      My small business is now hurting due to this company. We signed up for a 6 month contract we were told over video chat that this means we are signing up to pay for 6 months and we have the option to go month to month after. On the last month we had an hour long phone call, of course they do not not record it so I have no proof what was said. On my end we discussed that we would like to cancel for now and not continue until I can get more profit made. We discussed during the phone call about trying there social media program but never got back with them on that situation. During the phone call while we expressed we were canceling we were not told we were suppose to write an email officially cancelling the service. We were lead to believe the phone call was enough that us verbally stating was enough. This was around May. They didn't cancel my service and continued to charge my card for the next 2 months. All I want is my money back for the 2 months that I didn't even know I was still in service with them because I thought It was canceled. So I took no advantage of what the program had to offer. It's my word against them. I will be sure to always do things in writing!

The standards they follow were designed to eliminate misunderstandings; however, we appreciate your feedback since were always looking for ways to improve our customer service. Our team received a list of business updates in mid-May after your conversation with ****, and there was no indication that you expected us to end your services. All contractual terms were clearly outlined in your executed service agreement, in order to ensure all parties understood their responsibilities in the relationship. You didnt send us a cancellation request, per the terms of your signed agreement, so we were unaware of your desire to cancel your services; therefore, your services continued as originally contracted.
