              Spent over $100,000 on Windsor Windows & Doors- every item came with issues. You can not get one person from the actual company to call you back. Its a song and dance "My boss ******************* will call/email you in 48 hrs" Crickets, no call or response. We are 2 years and the bowed door that was delivered has still not been replaced. Window's arrived unpainted, caulking all over the glass, aesthetically look horrible. If you are reading reviews on this company and their products RUN RUN and purchased from reputable brand. Stay away from this company and their sub par items at a premium price. Also reading reviews below nothing has changed from the customer service that years below was Non existent.

              TERRIBLE SERVICE AND LACK OF TRANSPARENCY.If you see **************'s review below, it's pretty similar. Windsor has cost us thousands and thousands of dollars with their lies and deceitful practices. TL;DR: We have to chase people down to get any answers, we have crews waiting on site to find out the day off previously assured products never shipped, and we have had a stalled project for months waiting for Windsor products.Their competitors warned us that their information had to be a lie and we still went with them because of what we thought was a reputable business. It turns out it was true. They didn't deliver anything in anything remote to a promised timeline and communication has been impossibly not forthcoming. Literally having crews ready on site for nothing to arrive (even though products take over a week from IA to CA to arrive and we could have had a fair notice in advance). The excuses are so many and so misleading and constant and contradicting that we now comfortably say communication is also dishonest.We will file with the CA ********** of ********* Protection and Innovation for deceitful contracting and not-in-good-faith practices.

The issues we encountered on your project were due to an unforeseen equipment failure that was complicated by a material outage. We communicated to you what we knew at the time. We are not dishonest or deceitful. However, the fact that we caused delays and inconveniences is very disappointing. In this instance, we not only let our distributor and the homeowner down, but we also let ourselves down. When things run smoothly in a manufacturing environment, we produce quality products very effectively and efficiently. But when we encounter equipment failures or material outages, the issues snowball. Please accept our sincere apology for the problems we caused.

              PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE WINDSOR WINDOWS!!We built a home in the summer of 2021 and Windsor Windows were put in our home. We moved in Oct. 2021 and by Feb. 2021 the winter months we had been experiencing ice on every one of our windows on the inside. Our kitchen window at that time had over 2 inches on the inside. In the winter months of 2022 we again experienced ice on the windows but no only there but on the vinyl ( inside the house) of every window. The frost(ice) was up the entire window, on the latching system and on the inside seals. We also had to put clothes under our crank outs due to the frost in the inside was making our wood window seals wet. I have multiple pictures of this to confirm. We reached out to Windsor a service tech was out and all they were focused on were humidity levels. The did NOT exam 1 window. The local distributor who sold our contractor the windows came out as well with there humidity device that was provided by Windsor, also trained by them stated our humidity levels were in complete range of his device and seen no issue on our end we were doing exactly everything to help with humidity. After expressing all this to Windsor we were told that this issue did not fall within their warranty and they would do nothing to resolve or attempt to fix the issue. But in the contracted signed the day of closing of our house the legal document signed stated we could experience frost, ice or condensation on the ***** ONLY of our windows " per Windsor Windows Specifications". I can confirm this document as well. BUT NO WHERE does it say on this document, or their website we should, or could experience frost, ice or condensation on the inside vinyl or the latching system where the window closes. I HIGHLY recommend doing your research before purchasing this product. Because if you do have issues they CLEARLY are not going to help the customer. I am so tired of these big companies taking our money and then when issues arise do nothing.

              I have had Pella and ****** Windows in past. I was encouraged to get Windsor Pinnacle, most expensive and "best" 35K in new home on lake. I have used several recommended products to clean and still have spots when the sun comes in with a film. The person who sold them suggested Magic Eraser to clean! When I need to replace will definitely be with a Pella or ******. Five years now and I still feel that they are very low on recommendations and probably one of the worst decisions I made when choosing windows for my forever home on the lake.

              I hope that you find this review on every platform possible and it saves you from the mess we've been in. Let me start out by saying that communication with this company is nonexistent. We ordered windows early this year. Understandably they were back ordered more than normal due to market conditions. They provided an "exact" ship date. Well that date came and they "missed" the truck. So that put us even farther behind on the entire house. But guess who still has to pay full price for windows? The homeowner! The same person paying the builder more because the windows pushed them back. We finally get the windows and we are missing one window and one transom window. Weeks later we get the one window but the ship date on the one single 36x12 transom is July 10, 2021. They then tell the dealer that it's going to be July 27, 2021. Finally make contact with the territory representative and he ask me to get the order number. Tells me there are several orders missing one or two windows. Tells me that he's going to speed up the process to get them pushed through. Says he will stay in touch. Well here we are July 29, 2021 no transom window, unsure where it is or when it will be delivered. So I have a house that can't have trim, siding, or paint finished over one window. I have spoke to a number of Windsor competitors the past few days to gauge if this is standard across the market. It's not, and they are getting their orders filled within 8-9 weeks and have a guaranteed turn around of 2 weeks if they short you anything. Guess what else? I cannot get in touch with the territory manager or anyone else for that matter. Do yourselves a favor and go with any other manufacturer. The quality of the windows is fair but nothing that the others don't meet or exceed. I'm even going to provide you all with my email in case you have any further questions.
