Wonderful experience with ********************, window shutters replacement. The measurement, fabrication and installation all went quickly and smoothly. I highly recommend ********************, the customer service we had was truly amazing. Several other companies I had spoken to would only replace my 12 shutters if you replaced the whole window. Big thanks to ***************************, Vice ********** ******************** professional expertise. **************** made a personal visit to my home, completed a review and offered to assist with exactly what was needed; custom shutters to fit. Suburban has been great to work with. They came to our house took some pictures talked to us for about 30 minutes just long enough to understand what we wanted. Soon afterwards invited us to their showroom and let us experience hands on what high quality products they had to offer.They helped us find the perfect colors and with their expert advice they found solutions to issues we had dealt with for years.Their installers for both the windows and siding were great and they payed very close attention to detail. I have never had an experience as enjoyable as this when dealing with siding and windows.We have referred them to family and friends and they to have been very pleased with the outcome.Their quotes were spot on without any hidden or tacked on fees. They were more than competitive with some of the other big name companies. Suburban did an outstanding job of replacing the siding on the two sides of our house that were damaged by ***** JR found matching siding to what we had and the job was done quickly and well. Clean up after the job was great. In addition, ** is working with a relative and has gone way out his way to help. Had 2 outer doors & one garage fire door replaced. The doors were installed sooner than expected before winter. Excellent workmanship & customer service and now that winter is here, I have no more drafty doors!Suburban Construction Inc Response
