            American Equity customer account portal provides inaccurate account ************************************************** portal indicate withdrawals exceeding $13,000. verses actual account withdrawals. (Information via customer service this issue in not confined to my accounts).This has been an ongoing issue for several weeks and customer service is unable to provide any information for resolution. At this time no one from A/E has reached out to me regarding this problem.I have requested to speak with someone in authority, but customer service cannot direct me. I have tried to acquire the corporate phone number without any success.My accounts mature next month, which I will close, and concerned regarding final accounting.Request the *** or COO reach out to me and all policy holder experiencing this issue providing actual / factual information regarding resolution.

            transfer all of my *** funds to American equity after the sales person promised it will do better than my current *** (which made about 5% a year) my mistake, i trusted them , now after 4 years of doing business and after many promises of 8% interest a year i called to understand why my account is only making 1% , ******* ******** (which was very nice) explained me that' i am on 1% fixed interest rate plan and if i want to move it i will need to pay $5000 penalty . how this can be right? banks paying 5% and your most important money you keep to secure your future is making nothing. they have small letters in contract that protects them in court but in ******* verbal agreement also counts, this company needs to be looked into and A+ is not a fair rating based on my experience. run away and invest our money with people who you can trust.
