    I purchased a new construction home in the fall of 2016. The builder uses Aspen Aire for most, if not all, of their heating and cooling installs. Aspen Aire installed two Carrier furnaces in my home. Upon completion of our home we were provided a home warranty book that states "Don't forget to call ***** at Aspen Aire to register your Carrier or Amana unit AC, Coil, and furnace in order to receive the 10 year parts warranty. You must register within 90 days of your closing date to qualify; otherwise you will only receive the 5 year warranty". I called the same week of my closing date to hae Aspen Aire register for the extended warranty. Fast forward to two weeks ago the fan on one of the furnaces went out. I told my technician that it was under warranty but he informed me that Carrier actually did not have it under warranty. After speaking with ****** and confirming that I had called in, I was provided the extended warranty document (attached) for one of the furnaces, though the furnace that they failed to register is the one with the broken fan which costs over $400 in parts. Obviously Aspen Aire received a call within the allotted time for them to register for the extended warranty because they did it one with one furnace but not the other. Though they installed both furnaces and gave me confirmation the warranty was extended it wasactually not - A consumer shouldnt be responsible for errors/omissionswithin a company. After attempts of trying to work it out directly with ***** at Aspen Aire, I no longer receive responses back as I requested they be responsible for the parts costs.--

    Aspen Aire was the installer of the air conditioner in our new construction home that we purchased one year ago. We have just had the unit serviced for the first time and were informed that the bracket holding the unit to the house (one is loose). So now the unit is not level, as it should be. We did not have the unit serviced by Aspen Aire as we have a long standing relationship with another company. We were advised the bracket was not installed properly and also looked like there was an attempt to fix but was just left. So called Aspen Aire and they would not even come to look at the issue with out a $100 charge. If you anticipate future business and referrals from your customers you should stand behind your work. Also the receptionist at your place of business should not be rude!!!! I would not recommend, as again, they do not stand behind their work!!

    We apologize that you feel the receptionist was rude, With some information you provided and a little research we did the install on your home 6/19/19. You had mentioned that you noticed something when you moved in but never reached out to us to investigate. Your builder would have provided a 1 year walk through where things such as this would or should have been addressed. Wh have no record of ever coming to you home or any contact from the builder on any issues and this would be why our receptionist mentioned a $99 trip charge. We don't collect this prior to our visit. We did attempt to reach out to you via email and offer to come look at no charge. If this is something that was able to slip a inspection or 1 year walk through and it is something that was initially not correct we will stand behind that at no charge.

    Update: I would like to change my review to "5 STARS" . Craig the service manager from Aspen Aire reached out to me directly to resolve the issue. He stopped by our home in person to look at the problem and assess what could be done. Two technicians arrived at our home this morning and completed all repairs needed. He (Craig) was/is very upstanding and stood behind Aspen Aire installation. I would recommended and will work with them again. Also the technicians who came to do repairs were wonderful!!!!
