Worst vehicle buying experience of my life! Visiting from out of state saw a truck I really liked online decided I wanted to add it to my collection. Signed ALL paperwork, paid security deposit, went thru MY bank had loan and insurance on the vehicle. Gordon a finance guy stopped returning my calls. Went to find out what was going on asked to speak to a sales manager. Was told there was a title issue and that they couldn't meet my bank's requirements. Then his story changed that last month a person from out of state used a fake military ID to fraudulently purchase a vehicle online. Asked what that had to do with me. Was told my signatures didn't match on my military and state ID. That he could get a thousand trucks just like it in my home state. That he didn't want to have to search my state for his truck to repo it. Which made no sense at all. I told him I had no problem waiting for everything to clear with MY bank before I took possession of the vehicle because I wasn't financing thru Green Buick GMC. He said he speaks for the owner and one sale won't make or break his dealership the same line he started the conversation with. Folded his arms, smiled and leaned back in his seat and said he killed the sale. I asked why lie about the title issue? He admitted he should have been upfront but it didn't matter because he wasn't allowing the sale. So not only was it an insult to assume I was thinking of fraudulently trying to purchase the vehicle, and that I wasn't going to pay MY bank. He had an issue with my military service and so did the owner he speaks for. Jill Green you should be ashamed if you truly feel that way about those who fight for your freedoms. If that's not the case it's time to clean house and remove those who speak on your behalf. My credit score is impeccable, my service to my country is Honorable and the awards with valor earned fighting in 2 different wars and being disfigured from combat speak for themselves.
