    The amount of my down payment on my vehicle was ******* the refunded check payment was made out to my dad and I but my dad was never co-signer not on none of my paperwork for the vehicle. I requested a new check with only my name on it and received one in the mail. I took it to the bank chase so I could cash my check. The bank retained the check because courtesy said they never made another check with just my name on it. So not only is the company listing anyone who shows up with a buyer on a refund check, the remade one and said its bad. I have the original receipts and documents from the sale with only my signature and no co-signer on the deal.

    The sales department of this dealership is not trustworthy. As of now they have one page listings on the wall for cars they know are on the way. This is what they sell you, making a deal based on that listing which shows the car information and options. It is the only listing we were shown. We signed an offer sheet and put down money based on that listing. The car came in and after the salesman gave his spiel and sat in the car showing us how the controls worked etc., I pointed out that it was missing two options (worth $800). He said “oh yeah I thought something was off. I am sorry.” I told him one option was not that huge of a deal, but one was an absolute requirement. It turns out it was also dealer installable so he said they could order the part and put it on, but we would have to pay. We took the car (probably should not have), telling him to work on making us whole. You could legitimately claim it was a bait and switch. I preferred to think of it as poor process at the dealership and thus a mistake. But I felt the dealer needed to make their word good. Eventually I spoke to the sales manager and he said “we have a signed deal and we did nothing wrong”. If I felt compelled to get a lawyer, I would tell them to produce the attachment to the offer page that listed the options on the car, since there was none attached. It is too bad I will not be going back to the dealership anymore since I have used the service department for years and have been happy with them.
