Our organization connects consumers with local, trustworthy Indiana businesses who uphold high ethical standards.

The Application Process -  Fee Required

Once received, your application will be reviewed and researched by analysts for adherence to 

BBB Code of Business Practices (BBB Accreditation Standards) and BBB Code of Advertising.

You will be notified of your application status in writing. 

If your application is approved:

Your payment will be processed and you will receive detailed communication via email and US mail regarding your new BBB Accreditation. 
You will also be contacted by an AB Engagement Specialist to schedule a date for the delivery of your AB Welcome Packet and presentation of
your Accredited Business Certificate.

If your application is not approved:

You will be notified promptly in writing.
Any payments already made will be readily returned to you.
