      Due to a small problem on our roof, we contacted RCV Roofing to have it checked. They came the following day and solved the issue. Then we asked for an estimate to redo the roof entirely and not only pricewise they are competitive, but they are extremely professional, efficient, on time, and courteous. We were impressed by the quality of their service and their responsiveness and professionalism. They took care of every aspect of our roof, replaced a damaged gutter, and realigned another. The kind of service you would dream of becomes true with RCV Roofing, Siding, and Gutters. We give them our strongest recommendation!!

      **** was great. I called for gutter cleaning. He told me it was his professional opinion that I didnt need it. But he did a few minor repairs on the gutters FOR FREE!!! Then in an effort to try to give him some business in exchange for the free work I had already received, I mentioned a recurring problem with my siding coming loose. He looked at it and again fixed it FOR FREE!!!!This review is the least I can do to pay them back for the FREE work they did.

      This company may be great for new construction but defiantly not for existing homes, the workers are extremely disrespectful of the surroundings, we had to have them come back three times and repair the new siding they installed, where they sliced the siding, covered up a roof vent and destroyed our gutters, in doing so, they the workers, trampled the flowers gardens, broke planters, completely butchered my ****** and left trash all over the yard, they even left their microwave plugged in to the ***** of our house, and completely trashed and broke a Rubbermaid potting shed on the side of the house all because they were to lazy to get their scaffolding out and do it the right way. then to top it all off the workers stole material off of our trailer ( we have cameras) Not what we were expecting from a company that supposedly prides themselves on being reliable, caring and responsive, was over a month of hassle and calls! Save yourself the headache and call someone else. we had also contracted them to do insulation but their is NO WAY I would have these people INSIDE my home!!!

      Hello *****. We are sincerely sorry that you did not have a positive experience with ***. Our clients are typically very happy with our services, so it is disappointing that you feel this way. It is a bit difficult to respond to this review, as we have never had any interaction with you. We worked with ***** every step of the way and during our last meetings and conversations with *****, he was very happy. So, the best way to address this is point by point: -You are correct, we did come out numerous times to address any and all concerns or issues ***** had. You are also correct that we did so within a one-month time frame. We always responded in a very timely manner and made Steves concerns a top priority. We do care, are responsive, have integrity and will always make it right for our customers. -We never charged ***** more for any additional work, in contrast we applied a substantial discount to the invoice as an apology for any inconveniences. -We did cover a ***** vent, never a roof vent. The reason the ***** vent needed closed was to provide adequate ventilation since there was existing soffit intake ventilation and ridge vent on the roof. Per Steves request, we came back and reinstalled the ***** vent against our recommendations, and never charged more. -The existing gutters on the home interfered with a siding corner. We were more than happy to bring our gutter team to the property and reconfigure it, and again, never charged for it. Please refer to photos in the link below. -As far as the landscaping, everything was grown up around the house making it impossible to get to the house without disturbing it. Please refer to photos in the link below. -We emailed ***** scheduling information before starting the project and asked him to read over the document to prepare his home for the project. In this email it stated, Please have fragile valuables that are hanging on the outermost walls (walls with windows) removed, along with anything that *** be damaged within 15ft surrounding your home/building on the outside. Please understand that this is a construction site. We do our very best to protect any items that were not removed as we requested, but accidents do happen. We greatly apologize that a planter was damaged and hope you will remember the 12% discount that was applied to the invoice. -In that same email we explain that we will do a daily clean up, and a final thorough clean up is done during our quality control inspection. We apologize if this did not meet your standards. We will certainly address this concern with the team. -Our siding teams at times bring a microwave to jobsites so that they can eat lunch quickly and continue the project. I greatly apologize if this upset you or *****. -I assure you that *** would NEVER steal from anyone! We take pride in the integrity or our employees and crews. It was an honest mistake that our crew thought that the removed siding on the trailer was for the project. They were simply doing the daily cleanup and mistakenly discarded it, thinking it was waste from the project. Again, we greatly apologize, but to claim that our *** family are thieves is extremely offensive! We are a veteran owned company and take great pride in that. Integrity is and always will be more important to us then making a profit. -If ***** would like to cancel the insulation work order that is currently on hold, please have him contact any member of the *** family and we will certainly accommodate his requests.       Considering that ***** and I are married and that BOTH of us came into your show room and discussed the project and gave the go ahead for the work let you know then that we were BOTH involved, And yes you did work primarily with ***** since I work full time and he is perfectly capable of handling things, with that said..Your last meeting with **************************** did end in a handshake and a promise to make the final repairs, the discount you spoke of had NOTHING to do with any damage done to the property but was because you charged us for a roll off dumpster that was never used, removal of existing siding that was not removed and because you used an inferior window trim but charged for the more expensive wrap that we "both" requested when we met with you in your show room but you did not install.. of course you did not charge for additional work, because the "additional" work you performed was to repair the problems you created when you didnt do your job correctly in the first place. You responded in a timely matter ONLY after we called to remind you...every time.... Considering you sent someone out to give a "professional" estimate any problems with the existing gutters should of been addressed then and reflected in your estimate. As far as the landscaping, Yes most defiantly the shrubs were close to the home, and needed to be trimmed NOT HACKED... my flower beds were not near the "construction" area but yet your workers felt the need to walk thru them and throw their trash around instead of using the sidewalks or picking up after themselves, The flower pots and bird feeders are over 20' from the house but yet they felt the need to stack their equipment on them and use my shrubs as "saw horses. Not to mention the ********** Shed they totally wrecked on the side of the house out of plain laziness... your 12% discount had nothing to do with any of the damages done to the property and as far as theft... It was a trailer on the side of the house they had NO reason to be near, and certainly not to take it upon themselves to remove anything from it, they certainly weren't "trying" to pick up after themselves or they would of bent over and picked up all their water bottles, wrappers and other trash. As a business owner you are only as good as the people who work for and represent you and your company.
