            The rollers on my shower broke causing the glass door to fall. I bought it in 2020 at a *********** Went back to buy replacement parts and since they dont sell them I was directed to contact Delta. I was told by Delta that the replacement parts have been discontinued and directed to a third party who directed me back to Delta. After hours on the phone, still no parts, door is still not working. I am a senior citizen, disabled veteran and not to tech savvy. I am very frustrated and cant believe that I cant get parts to a product that Delta makes. I was told I may have to replace the whole shower. Very upset. My number is **************. Please help me

            I would give customer service a negative review if I could. I have 2 shower valves a customer purchased and neither had set screws for the handle in the trim kit. I contacted delta and first got an attitude from the girl like I was bothering her and then was told I needed to contact the store it was purchased and also provide all the homeowners info. Listen 2 valves were missing the same part, a small $.10 s**** its not like Im being unreasonable. Simple fix would have been to say no problem and ship it but instead I get excuses and attitude. I wont recommend or purchase from this company anymore. Customer service is key to any business in which they lack.
