    I bought a brand new vehicle from them 2 months ago. A month ago on May 23rd ********************************** the middle of us driving. The vehicle would not move or go out of park. We called the dealership and let them know the issue. They stated a tow truck would be there to pick up the vehicle. After 3 hours a tow truck showed up that was NOT equip to handle our vehicle so they had to send another tow truck which in total left us stranded for 5 hours. I tried to have a local company do it since they could be at the site within 30 minutes but dealership would not pay for it. After that we were without a vehicle for over a week. In our lease agreement it states we will get a vehicle within 48 hours and it would be the same year or newer than our current lease. When we finally got a vehicle it was 2 years older than my new vehicle (therefore they broke my lease agreement). I had to do all of the calling to get this resolved and to see what was wrong with my vehicle after not hearing for over a week about it. The entire motor had to be replaced so we were without the vehicle for over 3 weeks. I asked for compensation for going that long without a rental and for when we had the rental they gave us due to still needing to drive 2 vehicles because they did not keep up their end on the year/size of the vehicle. I also asked for my first month payment to be credited back to me since I could not drive my vehicle for almost that entire month. While the ** said he would try to get that passed he could not guarantee any compensation. I love the vehicle that I purchased but the customer service I have received during these issues in less than subpar (as the ** agreed with repeatedly). I have leased vehicles for 4 terms now and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I am out way more money due to gas and payments for insurance and lease on a car that in total I only had for a week before it was in the shop for over 3.
