This is a tale of a 2 moves. Move 1 house to apartment and storage area in December. The two movers were great. Super careful and fast. We knew we were moving again in August when the new house was done and we planned to request them again. Move 2 - apartment and storage to new house. Horrible! We called and scheduled the move and she asked us if we wanted the same guys and we said yes. Moving day arrived and no one showed. Called Busy Bee and they clearly didn't have it on the schedule. Movers showed up an hour and a half late and they indicated they were pulled from another job. The move took 2 1/2 hours longer than the first time. The damage to our belongings was in excusable. The dining room table was scratched and gouged. The top and the legs. They didn't cover it in the truck and piled stuff on and under it. $900 to have it refinished. They literally dragged our 3-month old king size mattress on the sidewalk. They complained how heavy it was and one guy clearly couldn't lift it. His end dragged the ground and the mattress has holes on the corner, dirt on the top and mulch embedded in the side! Finally they managed to put a 20" scratch on the front of our 1-year old dryer. They acknowledged they caused the damage and took pictures of it. The guy said, "That's what insurance is for." So we called and the owner said to file a claim and send pictures. What they don't tell you is that if you don't purchase high value item coverage the damage payout is 60 a pound! It's buried in the contract you sign day of move. Damage payout $200. BEWARE! They don't stand behind their work even when they freely admit they caused the damage!

most accommodating team ever. Customer Service phone conversation was excellent - very knowledgeable - and friendly. quoted the best price and timeframe available. Owner, ***** personally contacted me to assure all went well moving my valuable items to storage. The crew - oh my the crew - was outstanding - Cliff listened to every word expressed about the safety of items and handling of special memories. The crew of three worked as the best team ever - even the Colts when Peyton was the quarterback. These guys are great, moved quickly, efficiently, carefully, and even stopped to listen to my concerns. What a team. Makes me want to join this team. And that means A Lot!!!

I used these movers twice in the last 8 months and they are the best. Very quick, very professional, can't say enough good things about them.

They moved me 3 times. Were professional and friendly Were real careful with my things. They moved me from ************ to ****** and never complained of the distance they had to drive. If I was able to use them for my next movie I would do so. They are very kind. Their price is reasonable Others charge an arm and leg to move you not them. Great people

This is one top notch company. **** and ***** were timely, extremely courteous, and efficient! We plan on using there services again when we move. Totally recommend these movers.
